Doug, thank you for a job well done. Your rep, Joel, was outstanding. He was polite, courteous, explained everything in detail, told us the cost, etc. He began his work and in a half hour or so was done. He showed us what he had repaired to both me and my wife. We will tell our friends, neighbors and relatives of your great company and your service.

Very professional service! Technician Francisco came promptly to quote for new door and helped temporarily patch up and closed the old garage door that was broken. Two weeks later, technicians Joel and Jeff came to install the new door. Came on time and finished the job in less than 3 hrs. They even helped me fix the broken garage wall control for free. Highly professional service and I highly recommend this company!

Rob and Jesse did a terrific job, of course assuming that the repairs stay intact. They were both courteous, answered all my questions and explained everything very clearly. They also worked quickly and neatly and were not at all disruptive. Also, a very nice touch on alerting me of who to expect to come for the service call. It's good to know who to be on the lookout for and you are dealing with.

They came quickly and all the communication was an A+. He unplugged the box and plugged it back in and it worked. Not sure if he tried to do it a few times but within an hour the door wouldn’t open. I called and asked to schedule a follow up to replace the box and asked the the initial fee for the visit be waived or included in the repair price(quoted $850 on phone) Client service person said she couldn’t approve it and would have someone call. 4 days later no call so I scheduled with another company for $650.

Service men were fantastic. When calling the office with questions you get a call center that is basically an operator that transfers your call or takes a message. It is frustrating to think you are dealing with a local company but cannot get the local office on the phone with questions.

John and Brendan were the service technicians who answered the service call and replaced our defective garage door opener. Being able to see their picture and bio on your website made us feel comfortable in choosing to do business with your firm. The men who came to my house were very nice, competent and did the job great. Thought the price for the service and I guess especially the parts were high. They performed the entire job is less than one hour and the cost was over 900 bucks.

Called Precision as the garage door spring appeared out of line. Hunter arrived and checked everything out and took care of the problem. He was very professional explaining to me the issue with the spring which appeared to be not as difficult a problem as I thought and was easily fixed. My experience with Precision earned a 5-star rating. The initial appointment for an estimate and measuring with Michael was very professional and really sold me on the company. Then, the installers Brian and Greg came with my quiet, new garage door. They removed the old door and motor quickly, and they answered all my questions. They were neat, cleaned up, and I am thrilled with my new garage door.
