There reps are very knowledgeable, do not pressure you into anything, and provide different options for you to choose from, and back up their work. I would not hesitate to call them again.

My garage door suddenly stopped working. I called Precision and immediately got a live person on the phone who was not only professional and courteous but booked me an appointment within 12 hours. 0utstanding! Excellent! Exceptional! Superb! As you can tell I am very happy with the work that Shane and Mike did on October 20, 2021. They completed the work in one day … installing two garage doors, all of the hardware, and the two garage door openers. There was nothing that I needed to clean up at the end of the job. What was very helpful for me was they made sure that the system was properly programed. They made sure that I was able to use all of the electronic features of the door openers, which included the MyQ app. To Shane and Mike - Thanks!
