Our entire experience was exceptional. From Andrew at the start spending time with us many times to make sure we had the correct door - viewing various styles, and making sure we went through all options was super helpful. The install by Greg and his team was outstanding. They reached out, were on time and super clean. Greg took the time to explain the entire garage door system and made sure the garage was spotless before leaving! I give this organization a huge thumbs up for all around great product and services.

Every aspect of my garage door replacement was handled very professionally. Andrew, the sales rep, very clearly explained all options and the cost of each. The two installation techs, Jeff and Tyreem, were very knowledgeable. They were able to correct a weather stripping issue that arose unexpectedly. Their ability to correct the problem was very appreciated. I am very pleased with my new door. It makes the house look so much better and is so much quieter than the old ones! I would not hesitate to recommend Precision.

Shane Fazal did an excellent job of handling my garage door problems. He arrived early, was very polite, helpful + knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, gave me my options and his recommendations, and removed and installed the new equipment expertly, quickly, efficiently and tidily. He explained how to programme and use all the equipment and made sure I understood and was comfortable with everything before he left. Everything came out great! I highly recommend hime for professional, knowledgeable and expert service and would definitely use him again!

The technician, Lewis Rodriguez did a wonderful job installing the new opener in about an hour. He took the time to set up Q and the other remotes. He took all of the garbage and left the garage very clean. He should be commended for his efforts.

We have used Precision in the past at our former home and did not hesitate to call then again when we had garage door troubles at our present home. There reps are very knowledgeable, do not pressure you into anything, and provide different options for you to choose from, and back up their work. I would not hesitate to call them again.

My garage door suddenly stopped working. I called Precision and immediately got a live person on the phone who was not only professional and courteous but booked me an appointment within 12 hours. The tech arrived with prior notification i might add, and he too was professional courteous and able to repair my door. Thank you Precision. You are a company unlike many today. Please if anyone is reading this, use this company you won't be sorry
