Hello, I want to take a moment to thank you for the excellent service I received. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the materials and especially the professional installation by Brian. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. During the installation, there was a minor issue when reconnecting my older electric garage door opener. While the motor was running, the door would not open or close. Brian, though not at fault, immediately apologized and suggested I contact the office so a technician could come out to assess the problem. He also assured me that if it could not be repaired, your company would work with me on a replacement. Since I had originally installed the opener myself, I decided to take a look before calling. I discovered the chain needed to be reset on the sprocket and the tension adjusted. After making this quick repair and reinstalling the opener, it now works perfectly—better than before, especially paired with the new door. I couldn’t be happier with the final result. There reps are very knowledgeable, do not pressure you into anything, and provide different options for you to choose from, and back up their work. I would not hesitate to call them again.
