My garage was completely busted, the wires were off the hinges, the power box was failing. I called precise at 10am and Lewis came at noon that day. Lewis was amazing, he did the diagnosis for free, gave us 3 options on how to proceed and in 2 hours, we had a perfect garage system hooked up to our phones and cars and ready to go

I first used Precision in 2017 and they were great. Today, I had another tech (Nick) visit the house. He was extremely professional. He called prior to coming and let me know his eta. He presented my options without pressuring me into anything. He worked quickly and left without leaving any rubbish behind. I am very satisfied with Precision and the techs they employ. Very refreshing to see there are still squared away companies out there.

The entire company if extremely professional. After the work was completed, we could barely hear the garage door opening an closing. Before the work was completed, it was so much louder. We are very happy with the result of the work completed.

Hello, I want to take a moment to thank you for the excellent service I received. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the materials and especially the professional installation by Brian. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. During the installation, there was a minor issue when reconnecting my older electric garage door opener. While the motor was running, the door would not open or close. Brian, though not at fault, immediately apologized and suggested I contact the office so a technician could come out to assess the problem. He also assured me that if it could not be repaired, your company would work with me on a replacement. Since I had originally installed the opener myself, I decided to take a look before calling. I discovered the chain needed to be reset on the sprocket and the tension adjusted. After making this quick repair and reinstalling the opener, it now works perfectly—better than before, especially paired with the new door. I couldn’t be happier with the final result. Thank you again for your outstanding service. I will gladly recommend your company to anyone in need of garage door repair or installation. Sincerely, Lou Germanakos

It’s rare that a company does what it claims easily, well John at Precision did that earlier today. John arrived on time, explained and repaired whatever we discussed and was a pleasure to deal with. I’ll recommend Precision to whomever needs this service !

Our entire experience was exceptional. From Andrew at the start spending time with us many times to make sure we had the correct door - viewing various styles, and making sure we went through all options was super helpful. The install by Greg and his team was outstanding. They reached out, were on time and super clean. Greg took the time to explain the entire garage door system and made sure the garage was spotless before leaving! I give this organization a huge thumbs up for all around great product and services.

Every aspect of my garage door replacement was handled very professionally. Andrew, the sales rep, very clearly explained all options and the cost of each. The two installation techs, Jeff and Tyreem, were very knowledgeable. They were able to correct a weather stripping issue that arose unexpectedly. Their ability to correct the problem was very appreciated. I am very pleased with my new door. It makes the house look so much better and is so much quieter than the old ones! I would not hesitate to recommend Precision.

My previous garage door company never returned my call. I was lucky enough to find Precision as they were obviously close to me by being in Plainview. My service man was excellent, professional, friendly and very quick to fix my broken garage door this morning. Very impressed with the way things worked out for me today.
