Andrew came to visit and check on our garage door problem. He is a great guy and gave us good advice and options. Prior to the visit, I got a text and email regarding confirmation of the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I got a reminder of the person who is coming including his personal information. I was surprised, I said to my husband that I like this kind of service and how they treat their clients. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

We are VERY satisfied with the service we received from Precision door! Our spring broke on out garage door and we were unable to get it open. A service man was sent to us the very next day and fixed the springs for us! Very nice and efficient! Would 100% recommend!!

I lost a remote and PG scheduled an appointment quickly with me. Everything was reprogrammed, I received a new remote and Robert Weber (my technician) was on-time, quick and to the point and he even programmed my car as well to open the doors. A great experience I had with Precision Garage who replaced my old garage doors and added 2 openers....and now the service call was equally as great. I don't write reviews often at all, but this company (and Robert Weber from the Riverhead office) deserve a great review.

This company runs like a well oiled machine. My appointment was scheduled the day after my initial call. I received an email confirmation and the technician called the following day to let me know he was on his way and will be there in 40 minutes. He showed up on time, in a collared shirt, and explained all of the services he was going to perform. The technician fixed my garage door opener, charged a fair price, and left a very satisfied customer in his wake.

We bought a garage door during covid and its falling apart. We called the company several times and no one wants to fix it.Everyone is blaming someone different. We spent thousands of dollars . Very sad that no one will help. Horrible business.
