Thank you Mike and Nick for your wonderful professional service today. We have had great difficulty finding a good garage door repair company. Well, today we found a great one and will share this information with our friends and family! Mike and Nick were awesome technicians! They explained everything clearly and helped us organize the board in the garage rather just leaving everything on the factory presets. Our garage door is now safe and operating so nicely! The technician, Michael was very professional, polite and courteous at all times and explained everything to me. He truly is an asset to your company. I picked Precision because I received a coupon in my mail and saved it because I knew sometime soon my garage door would need repair or replacement. I called Precision on Thursday morning and my job was completed by 4:00 that day. Michael, my technician called me when he was delayed at the job before mine and called me when he was ready for me. Used Precision today for new garage door openers. Hunter and Dave were excellent. They called ahead so I knew exactly when they were coming and were very professional. Everything was fully explained and the work was done quickly and neatly and at a fair price. Will definitely recommend to others!
