Well, today we found a great one and will share this information with our friends and family! Mike and Nick were awesome technicians! The technician, Michael was very professional, polite and courteous at all times and explained everything to me. He truly is an asset to your company. I picked Precision because I received a coupon in my mail and saved it because I knew sometime soon my garage door would need repair or replacement. I called Precision on Thursday morning and my job was completed by 4:00 that day. Michael, my technician called me when he was delayed at the job before mine and called me when he was ready for me.
