Just want to say thank you to the Garage Door Specialist who repaired my approximately 12 yr. old double garage door. He replaced the glides ? that were old & placing excessive pressure on the motor. He lubricated hinges ? & secured nails that were coming out. Most of all he was thorough, did not overlook any issues. He was knowledgeable, explained & answered questions. He listened to my concerns, professional, courteous. I heard about Precision Garage Door through advertisements in mail. I think the repairs done extended the life of the motor , etc. I am relieved that this maintenance gave me piece of mind. The cost was very reasonable.

The technician, Michael was very professional, polite and courteous at all times and explained everything to me. He truly is an asset to your company. Job was done well but price was a rip off - several other quotes I got were half the amount. Their first quote was a joke. I just wanted to get it done so paid the price. They clearly don't need referrals or repeat business Ed
