I saw them servicing a garage door in my area and gave them a call. They were able to come the next day as they had someone in the area which helped me with my schedule. Israel was great, professional and personable. He was able to fix our garage door. He explained our options and very satisfied with the work that he did. I would recommend him and the company.

The spring in our garage was broken, so we contacted Precision Garage Door Service. The technician, Isael Hixson, arrived on time and was very professional, thorough, and patient. He explained the issue clearly and offered a few options to consider. I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Our installer, Prince, was prompt and courteous and a pleasure to work with! He even removed an overhead cabinet for me (which hadn’t interfered with our original overhead door so I didn’t realize would be in the way of the new one)! He installed the door almost single-handedly, uncomplainingly. Later, Shane arrived and they finished the job together cheerfully and professionally. Very happy with the whole experience!

Springs busted at 10pm on Wed night. Was able to call a 24 hr hotline and schedule an appointment the next day. Door was fixed by 230pm on Thursday. Fast, friendly and reliable. Warranty the new parts for 10 years. Look no further for install or repairs

Reasonable quote with good advice on what to replace Delivered doors earlier than what was quoted for lead time (a "rarity" these days" Technicians called before arriving to install as asked Techs were knowledgeable and neat - cleaned up after installation Would use these guys again Only been a day since install so "jury still lout" on reliability - hope all goes well!

Called in the morning, Joe L. arrived promptly for my afternoon appointment. He assessed my garage door opener, reviewed and explained his findings with me. After he gave me the cost of the repairs that I approved Joe completed the repairs. Was he good, no he was GREAT! My garage door hasn’t opened and closed that smoothly and quietly in years. Joe is extremely competent, polite and a pleasure to deal with.

We had Hunter H here to service our garage door. He called to let us know when he would be out and he was right on time. I had called 2 other companies and neither one could be out before Monday I didn't want to be with an easily opened garage door the whole weekend. Hunter did a rebuild and was efficient and just genuinely nice. I would definitely use precision again and recommend to others. Again Hunter is A1

So had our new garage door and opener installed today by Greg Rambadadt. Similar to the tech who came by with the original estimate, Tom J., Greg was pleasant, efficient and did a great job of installing the new equipment. Every thing looks great, and the clean-up of all old material was excellent as well. Our experience with Precision was topnotch! I'd recommend the company to anyone who asks.
