Israel did a phenomenal job. Was here for over 3 hours and by the time he left, everything worked as it did the day I built the house over 20 years ago. He was extremely pleasant and amazingly professional and knowledgeable. Israel had a real " can do" attitude, which is rare and unusual from my experiences with many, many vendors that I have used over the many years that I have been a house owner.

Israel is very polite and efficient. He himself change both side of the reel, cable and accessories for my garage door within one hour. Very impressive young man. Also the company’s 10 year warranty parts 5 year labor policy is a surprised gift for me. When I called for service and was very glad to know my garage door is still under warranty. I would recommend this company to all my friends.

The entire process went perfectly from appointment to the installation of a new garage opener. Danny, the technician, was knowledgeable and very patient. I chose Precision because they offered 24 hour service. My garage door opener had been stolen and I wanted new openers asap for security purposes. Unfortunately, when I phoned at 8 pm, they could not come that evening but they scheduled me for the following morning. All service was professional and friendly. The technician stayed in touch with me regularly to inform me when he would arrive. I would highly recommend Precision...they got the job done efficiently and promptly. I give them a 5 star rating!

I'm very happy with the door the installation, the technicians they answered all my questions + showed me how to open the door in the event of a power outage, so i'm sure I can do it if necessary. The time originally given for their arrival was a mistake, but they called and apologize for their error. They also came back out to install a mail slot. Overall a very professional, neat job. I would definitely recommend your company.
