I came accross the Precision website while looking for a company to repair my broken garage door opener. I chose Precision based on the fact they had so many outlets on L.I., great reviews, and very informative. From the initial appointment to the last screw that the technician put into the key pad it was a great experience and I am very happy for choosing Precisiion. The technician, Tom Jenkofsky, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable explained what had to be done and which opener was the best choice for my needs. Tom was very efficient, fast, explained exactly what he did and demonstrated how the unit works. He was so friendly and experienced I felt like I had a friend helping me fix my garage door opener. I was so satisfied that if its possible to give a rating higher than 5 stars I would give 5 stars to Tom and 5 stars to the company.

Five Star Service ... The web site is great. The initial phone call was professional and helpful. What can I say about my technician, Tom? Tom was more than professional. He let me know he would be on the premises earlier than he initially anticipated and he was patient with all of my questions and gave me answers. It has been a pleasure doing business with Precision and I most definitely will recommend this company.
