My garage door was not closing properly. I received a flyer for Precision in my value pack mailing. I checked the website and decided to call for an appointment. The whole process went very smoothly. Mike, the technician, called to confirm his arrival time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After he assessed the problem, he explained the work that was needed. The work was completed, the garage door is operating, and I am very happy with the work that was done. I recommend this company.
