The technician was polite, and appeared to know exactly what he was doing. Accordingly I agreed to order a new door, at a cost of $1,000, which was very much more than I had anticipated my repair expenditure to be costing.

I wasn't planning on buying today but Justin was so honest, clear, and easy going, I didn't feel like I was being "sold" anything. He was incredibly helpful and even waiting for my wife to return to explain everything to her.

Francisco did an excellent job installing our new 3/4 HP LiftMaster garage door opener. He diagnosed the problem with our old 14 year old opener and made appropriate recommendations on the repairs and new install required. His workmanship was excellent and he set up the remotes and key pads for us. Very professional and reliable. Would use Precision again and highly recommend to friends.

My decision to choose Precision Door Service was based on customer reviews and the information on the website. The two technical service representatives who visited my home to discuss purchasing a new garage door (Justin & Roberto) were well informed, professional and patient in explaining the advantages of the various options in style, price points, and installation. I am delighted to have chosen to purchase a new door with Precision Door and look forward to the installation.

I was able to contact Precision Door Service in the late evening after I got home from work and was then able to schedule service for my repair on that very following weekend. My technician Danny, who was a pleasure to deal with, clearly explained my options and the level of service to be provided. He then quickly made all the repairs necessary and re-balanced my garage door which should help extend the life of my opener. I believe the price was fair and their service is guaranteed. Highly recommended!

I'd like to thank Greg and Roberto for doing a super job installing the new garage door. In addition to the normal door installation, they had to work around my model railroad which they did with great care. I'd recommend the company to anybody for the installation of a new garage door.
