It now works better than ever. He explained what he was going to do and, why. Then, he told me what the cost would be. My wife and I were very impressed by the service technician. We were sort of embarrassed since we could not engage the door again after we had to pull the lever to open the door manually due to a power outage. The serviceTechnician just told us to pull back on the rope handle and then press the button... to our chagrin the door was engaged... John did explain to us as a courtesy with the service call he would perform a review of the door and see if there were any problem spots. He did advise us of the problems that we may incur with the door in the future if we did not attend to them. So we decided to take his advise and have those issues fixed Thank you John for your avise and expertise

I had Danny come to the house for a estimate for a new garage door. He arrived on time. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The price quote was very fair. The only negative I could say is there is a ~ 2 week wait for the door to be ordered. I know this isn't a issue with Precision but the door manufacturer. I look forward to doing business with Precision.

The overall process was extremely easy and hassle free. I'm a very busy guy and did not have time to constantly check up on the status and progress. I made an appointment and the manager called to discuss all the options and scheduled an inspection. Once all was set and done, within 4 days my doors were installed. The installation was professional, clean and perfect. Very happy with the turnout and product quality.
