Precision Door Service greatly exceeded expectations in delivering highest quality service and proven expertise. Jacob and Ryan arrived as scheduled this morning to install new car remotes as well as to perform needed maintenance. It was obvious they knew their jobs and take great pride in their work. Thanks to their guidance and skills, our garage door chassis now benefits from an immediate upgrade. Movement is smooth, quiet, and efficient. The installation of an exterior wall mounted keypad was an excellent suggestion as it saves time and adds flexibility. Throughout the process we were advised as to options and the cost associated with each. We chose the "long term solution" ... which was reasonable and affordable. Precision is THE BEST company to deal with for all garage door needs. We had a new door opening mechanism installed about 2 years ago and we have never looked back! This company is INCREDIBLE!!!!! They have proven time and again to be highly reliable, organized, competitively priced, with fantatstic customer service along with outstanding products. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service are Excellent and I highly recommend using them! I was having problems with my garage door (wasn't staying closed) on a Saturday and after hours of trying to fix it myself I decided to call in the experts and I was able to make an appointment with Precision for Sunday morning! The level of communication, texts and emails, from the time I made the appointment until the time my technician arrived was amazing. A special shout out to my fabulous technician, ANDREW DEPALMA, who not only fixed my problem but also suggested a few things to ensure that my garage door functions properly for years to come. Precision Doors Riverhead was very responsive to my phone message left over a Holiday Weekend to established a time and date and actually came when indicated. Robert Weber was the technician who examined the situation and thought he could repair the panel without having to replace the entire door, saving me $2300. Money I do not have especially after the Holidays which are full of birthdays and presents. He was successful and at the same time installed an exterior key panel so my grandchildren can open the door from the outside. I was a little dubious about dealing with a franchise instead of a local installer, but since the local installer never called back, I am very thankful for Precision and would recommend them highly.

We are truly blown away by Precision and a 5 star rating doesn't do it enough justice!! This company is incredible with regard to its attentiveness to its customers, service, and overall end product. They are extremely diligent with all scheduling, estimating, and product installation. We had called Precision to review our garage door motor and springs, as they were approximately 30 plus years old and installed from the previous owners of our home. We were given 3 options to choose from that ranged in price, warranty, etc. We selected a new system overall and are THRILLED with the outcome. CANNOT RAVE ENOUGH! WOW! WOW! WOW!
