Precision is THE BEST company to deal with for all garage door needs. We had a new door opening mechanism installed about 2 years ago and we have never looked back! This company is INCREDIBLE!!!!! They have proven time and again to be highly reliable, organized, competitively priced, with fantatstic customer service along with outstanding products. If I could give Precision 1000 stars, I would. They are TRULY wonderful!

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service are Excellent and I highly recommend using them! I was having problems with my garage door (wasn't staying closed) on a Saturday and after hours of trying to fix it myself I decided to call in the experts and I was able to make an appointment with Precision for Sunday morning! The level of communication, texts and emails, from the time I made the appointment until the time my technician arrived was amazing. A special shout out to my fabulous technician, ANDREW DEPALMA, who not only fixed my problem but also suggested a few things to ensure that my garage door functions properly for years to come. Andrew was a true professional , extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to be around! I was very pleased with his work and my overall experience with Precision. Thank you again! Ling Tan

Precision Doors Riverhead was very responsive to my phone message left over a Holiday Weekend to established a time and date and actually came when indicated. Robert Weber was the technician who examined the situation and thought he could repair the panel without having to replace the entire door, saving me $2300. Money I do not have especially after the Holidays which are full of birthdays and presents. He was successful and at the same time installed an exterior key panel so my grandchildren can open the door from the outside. I was a little dubious about dealing with a franchise instead of a local installer, but since the local installer never called back, I am very thankful for Precision and would recommend them highly.

We are truly blown away by Precision and a 5 star rating doesn't do it enough justice!! This company is incredible with regard to its attentiveness to its customers, service, and overall end product. They are extremely diligent with all scheduling, estimating, and product installation. We had called Precision to review our garage door motor and springs, as they were approximately 30 plus years old and installed from the previous owners of our home. We were given 3 options to choose from that ranged in price, warranty, etc. We selected a new system overall and are THRILLED with the outcome. CANNOT RAVE ENOUGH! WOW! WOW! WOW!

We purchased a beautifully made new garage door from Precision in 2022. We damaged the door recently by accident, and Precision repaired it back to original quickly, expertly and for very reasonable cost. I can highly recommend these professionals
