He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and thoroughly explained our options. I chose Precision based on positive reviews this company has received. Isaac was the mechanic that came to my house, reviewed my system and gave me a clear understanding and recommendation as to what was needed to get my garage doors working properly again. Afterall, they were only 30 years old, so obviously needed upgrading was necessary. Doors were good, but I needed new motors, cables, springs and rollers. Now everything working silky smooth and quiet. Thank you Isaac for doing a great job. So, do I recommend precision? Absolutely!
