I came across Precision Garage Doors from a Google search. I submitted an inquiry and was contacted within 24 hours. Tom came to give me an estimate within 2 days of my contact with the company. He was knowledagble and personable. After meeting with him my decision was easy. Theresa, from the office was wonderful to deal with The company was quick to accommodate my time frame. Greg, the installer arrived promptly. He was also personable and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Precision Garage doors. Excellent service

Tech called ahead of time to tell me he was on his way. He performed his inspection and reviewed what he found with me in a way that I understood. He then presented me with options of repair so I could choose what I wanted to be done. All the work was done to my satisfaction and the tech was very good. I will definitely call Precision again. The only inconvenience was that the weather stripping was not on his truck and he had to return the next day to install it.

Thank you for all of the nice words. I am sorry the tech did not have the weather stripping on the truck. He does usually carry these materials with him and should be able to complete the job that day. I am glad we were able to return and complete the job to your satisfaction the next day.

Tom Jenkofsky and his assistant Taylor from the Plainview office were very professional. They explained what was wrong in easy to understand language, gave me options as to what could be done and did a good job.
