He was knowledagble and personable. After meeting with him my decision was easy. Theresa, from the office was wonderful to deal with The company was quick to accommodate my time frame. Tech called ahead of time to tell me he was on his way. He performed his inspection and reviewed what he found with me in a way that I understood. He then presented me with options of repair so I could choose what I wanted to be done. All the work was done to my satisfaction and the tech was very good. I will definitely call Precision again. The only inconvenience was that the weather stripping was not on his truck and he had to return the next day to install it.
