Precision’s employee, Israel, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained all the options to fix the garage door but did not exert undue pressure to convince us to do more than necessary. He was quick and efficient. All in all, a pleasant experience.

I chose Precision based on the ratings on google. They did not disappoint. After reading the reviews I was hoping to get Dan and fortunately I did. He showed up on time (which in this day in age is surprising and refreshing) he answered all my questions. I thought the price was a bit steep but after having an open and honest conversation with him I felt comfortable with the price (you get what you pay for. He gave me cheaper options and explained I definitely could pay less by going else where but the quality of the product is also inferior to what I would be getting. He did it in a no pressure way, just two guys shooting the ...... which I appreciated.) He installed the motor in a timely manner and answered more of my questions after everything was installed. I appreciated the fact that we have the same philosophy, "Do the job as if it is your own house." Dan was great and I love all the lifetime warranties I get on the motor and LED light. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone and I will call them back if I need anything else done in the future. Anthony from Ronkonkoma
