Precision Garage Door is amazing. My experience two years ago on my purchase of a new door was 5 star all around. From the sales person to the customer service reps to the installers. All personnel extremely professional, and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I have strongly recommended them to anyone who asks. My current experience just reconfirmed my opinion. I called them up to troubleshoot an issue, they had a service tech at my house the very next morning. The technician, Israel, was above and beyond professional, courteous, and extremely competent in diagnosing and rectifying the issue. He explained in detail the cause of the issue and what he did to rectify. But what amazed me the most was that there wasn’t even a billing charge for a service call or the repair. In comparison, I had an electrician and a generator technician at the house the previous week and they both wanted $175 just to walk in the door, and the Generator technician was a no show on the scheduled date. The Precision Garage tech not only arrived at the scheduled time, he called me to give me an ETA when he was on his way. Once again an extremely positive 5 star experience with Precision Garage Door, not many companies out there these days that check all the boxes in professionalism, customer service, competence, integrity, and complete customer satisfaction in all aspects.

Precision Garage Door Service is a company I have used in the past and have recommended to my friends who praise it highly. It is easy to make an appointment for quick service and a very knowledgable , friendly , helpful technician arrives on time. The technician addresses the need for service, gives a reasonable estimate for the service , and quickly makes the repair. The door is tested to my complete satisfaction. Technician takes a picture of the repair, we have a short conversation where I thank him for the visit , and he departs for his next appointment. The technicians that have visited me are all TOP SHELF.

Israel came by yesterday with a helper to assist with replacing a broken spring and to install a seal. He and his helper were great overall as they were friendly and professional. Israel did also provide additional feedback on what needed to be done to my garage door to be better than what it was prior to service, so that proved to be that he is knowledgeable when it comes to garage doors and it systems. I would definitely use him again for future services.

Israel arrived on-time reviewed my situation and provided several options to fix my problem. He was very neat and extremely knowledgeable. Israel fixed our issue. While testing the garage door after the repair we ended up also having him install a new garage door opener since the one we had was 25yrs old and I did not think it was working to it's potential anymore. Rather then waiting for it to fail we had it replaced and everything is now working great. I would highly recommend Precision Garage. And ask for Israel for any future issues. Thanks again Israel

I would not use nor recommend this company to anyone. $74 to tell me it'll cost $200 to remove two nails, move the weather stripping an inch and tap them back in. They're words not mine. 5 minutes they were here cost $74 to tell me 5 minutes of work would cost $200. Go to a different company, your money will be better spent. Never paid $74 for an estimate for anything. On a good note, the employee who showed was very nice.

The doors need to be replaced or fixed and Rob came out to assist with a quote. He was very friendly and did a full evaluation on repair or replace the entire system. He took pictures and measurements and gave me a full report on the condition of my doors. He didn’t rush out to the next job as he took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me.
