In a world that has been dumbed down, when incompetence is widespread, almost expected, it was so good to come across Tom Brill and his associate. These guys reflect well on your company, they made everything clear and understandable, professional to the max (and just nice to deal with on a personal level.) Your e-mails and texts also reflect excellent customer service that should also be noted. I told the guys the original installation of the whole unit was $350 in '07, so I was a bit surprised by the cost of repairs. But I am a dinosaur, sorry, coffee should be no more than 50 cents. Precision offers highly quality work that was done at rapid speed. Garage door spring coil was broken and Francisco did a beautiful job. His expertise was amazing, inspected what needed to be done as well as going the distance to make sure i was happy. If i ever need a garage door replaced i know where i will go, Precision.

Service was perfect! Technician on time, polite and very helpful and seemed to know what he was doing. One problem the invoice was not broken down stating where a coupon for $25.00 had been deducted from. The bill states separately from work done minus $25.00 but no reference as to the amount it was deducted from. Then the bill states an amount minus senior discount and taxes then total amount. That was my only problem. Otherwise amazing service!!!
