In a world that has been dumbed down, when incompetence is widespread, almost expected, it was so good to come across Tom Brill and his associate. These guys reflect well on your company, they made everything clear and understandable, professional to the max (and just nice to deal with on a personal level.) Your e-mails and texts also reflect excellent customer service that should also be noted. I told the guys the original installation of the whole unit was $350 in '07, so I was a bit surprised by the cost of repairs. But I am a dinosaur, sorry, coffee should be no more than 50 cents. Great job Doug, thanks for great service. Best, JM

Isaac and his coworker came to provide an estimate for my garage door I was unsure if I was going to replace or get a new door They reviewed all my options and i decided on the repair. in record Time they replaced all the hardware and were very efficient respectful and polite. Precision offers highly quality work that was done at rapid speed. Garage door spring coil was broken and Francisco did a beautiful job. His expertise was amazing, inspected what needed to be done as well as going the distance to make sure i was happy. If i ever need a garage door replaced i know where i will go, Precision.

Our garage door was locked in the closed position and with no other means of entry I turned to Angie's list for a company to help us. It was amazing I was reassured that I would be assigned a service tech from 2-5pm and within 30 minutes a tech (Tim) from Precision garage doors called me and told he could be at my home in 45 minutes. He got the door opened and then did a check of the 1993 opener and all the parts and made some suggestions ....no pressure. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

I chose precision from an insert I had saved that indicated you fix garage door problems. I had a broken cable on a 20+ year old door. Tom did an excellent job in defining the needed repairs and offered a quote for a new door which really became a no-brainer opportunity. He's got some sales skills! I really liked the email input and the quote being done on-line, and I'm a senior+ citizen. I would rate the experience at 5 stars.

Tom showed up promptly on the same day I called in the problem, correctly diagnosed the situation and fixed the door. My garage door is now working fine.
