Hi and God bless you. I wanted the company that installed the doors to do the repairs. The repairs were done in a timely fashion. Danny is professional, courteous, and polite. He went above and beyond to correct my door situations. If I need anything additional, I'd be glad to have him come back. Precision Garage Doors has great products and service.

I am so happy with Precision. Called this morning because my cables snapped (old system not installed by Precision) Within two hours Danny the tech was here ! He replaced my cables, springs and installed a new door opener. He also told us our existing door opener was not up to code so he replaced it for us. His professionalism was superb. His work was outstanding ! Thank you Precision for having excellent service techs who really know what they are doing We will never even consider calling another company.

We were very satisfied with the quick response. I called today and was given an appointment for the same day. The technician was on time and called me 20 minutes before he arrived. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Once he evaluated the situation, he made us aware of what was going on and provided different options for us. Technician Robert was excellent! However unhappy with the pricing. Completely overcharged after doing some research Unfortunately had no choice, needed the garage door operational ASAP as my wife is a teacher and needs her vehicle. Couldn’t do the repair myself as I have a back injury

Extremely impressed with Precision Door Service. Really one of the better experiences I've had dealing with any company from a customer service standpoint. Easy appointment setting, great communication, Rob our experienced technician arrived on time and quickly replaced our old and installed 2 new garage door openers. Job was done well and they work perfectly. Installation pricing was very fair as well. We're considering new doors perhaps next Spring and now we know there's no place else to look - as we're very happy with the service we received! Highly recommended!
