Precision: I was very pleased and impressed with the professional service provided by Jesse Cole. I'll read over all the literature emailed and left me. The owner of AC Garage doors, whose people installed the garage door in April 2021, sent me an email to tell me they went out of business. I did not mention to Jesse that I am the Chairman of the Arch. Comm. in the Ranches, the condo where I live, and will recommend your company when asked by a homeowner with garage door problems. We are very satisfied with the promptness and follow up of the Precision team (initial consult, answering service, and technicians.) The dispatched technicians were friendly, courteous, and professional. Although the cost of service seemed expensive, we felt their responsiveness and professionalism and material use was justified; especially for a Sunday dispatch (within 24 hours of our initial contact.)

One of the cables needed by our automatic garage door opener to open the door, snapped unexpectedly recently, preventing us from opening the garage door at all. We called Precision Door Service and were promised a visit within the next few hours. One hour later, a technician called, introduced himself and told us they would be there within the 1/2 hour, and before we knew it, 3 men were there to fix the door for us. They assessed the problem, gave us several options of what needed immediate attention and what could wait if we so chose. The ultimate decision was ours. We chose to replace all of the necessary as well as potential problematic parts all at once. They even waived the service call fee for us and gave us an additional discount which included a 10 year warranty on the new parts installed. The men were polite, courteous, efficient and neat. Even though the cost was a little high, we would definitely use them again should the need arise! The service was excellent!!

I called on a Sunday about broken cable on my garage door. Service technician came the same day. The technician, Danny Salas, explained that there were several problems with the door and it had already been repaired before, but not properly(we are new owners). He patiently explained everything to me and I decided to have all the parts replaced on the existing door. Danny had all the parts in his truck and he performed the repairs in a couple of hours. I was very satisfied with the work performed and was happy to have my garage door fixed so quickly. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs work performed.

Totally satisfied with the service. Danny, my technician was the best. He was pleasant, prompt, and absolutely knows all there is to know about garage door installation. The extension cable snapped and the door was stuck in a down position. Danny gave me several options for the repair...bare bones fix or refurbish the door with a 10 yr guarantee. I went with the refurbish. He rebuilt the door, replaced the hardware and it works better than when it was new, and very quiet. Would definitely recommend Precision to my friends.
