The service is top notch. Starting from calling and getting a "real" person to answer my questions and setting up an appointment, for that day!! to Robert, my technician. Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. After a few observations, he knew what to do and fixed it promptly. He also gave suggestions on the remaining areas of my garage door. Will not hesitate to use Percision again.

I always use Precision Garage Door if I have a problem with the garage door. They are extremely professional and dependable. Today I had an appointment to have the door serviced. Danny, the technician assigned for my service, arrived promptly. He was outstanding. He resolved the issue almost immediately. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I must say that Danny went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. He is a thoughtful, caring young man. He was a pleasure to have in my home. It was extremely easy to schedule appointment. Danny from Precision was great. He explained all the options and gave various suggestions. He replaced broken opener motor, put new sensors, new pulleys and rollers. After the work was done he showed how everything works. Job was very well done! I WAS SO PLEASED WITH THE TECHNICIAN ,ANDREW DEPALMA, WHO CAME TO THE HOUSE AND FOR THE SERVICE, AND REPAIR. DETERMINED THE PROBLEM FOR MY RAYNOR GARAGE DOOR AND HAD A ESTIMATE READY FOR ME. Precision: I was very pleased and impressed with the professional service provided by Jesse Cole. I'll read over all the literature emailed and left me. The owner of AC Garage doors, whose people installed the garage door in April 2021, sent me an email to tell me they went out of business. I did not mention to Jesse that I am the Chairman of the Arch. Comm. in the Ranches, the condo where I live, and will recommend your company when asked by a homeowner with garage door problems. Also I usually oil the rollers annually and was wondering what lubricant you recommend. I've been using WD-40 but wonder if it is appropriate. Bob Schweitzer
