Upon arriving both technicians intoduced themselves and shook my hand. They listened intensively to my explanation of how my garage door was malfunctioning. After inspecting the garage door aparatus they explained what was wrong and how it could be fixed. I was given 2 options. They explained both options. Their truck was stocked with the parts necessary to complete the repair of my garage door. I would highly recommend this company. The office staff was courteous and emailed and texted me with updates.
