The technician who was dispatched to address my issue performed excellently. However, I was taken aback by the cost of a ten-minute service call to push a reprogram button, especially after already investing significantly in replacing my garage doors. I attempted to observe the procedure, but I was unable to view the controller's reset process. Unfortunately, the control panel is malfunctioning again. It would be beneficial to have the steps for resetting the control panels so I can avoid incurring another $300+ expense for a brief task.

Our garage door opened up twice during the night on its own. We called Precision Garage Door Service and Shane Fazal came promptly to our house. Precision Tech Shane Fazal was on time. Very courteous, cooperative and knowlable. Even though I had called Precision for servicing my old garage door opener but instead endup replacing my both garage door openers. Precision prices seemed a bit high but since I was dealing with a company longtime in business, peace of mind was very important to me! I got the value pack in the mail and it just so happened that I was actually looking for someone to program my garage door. This company is efficient, technologically current (text updates, immediate invoice sent to email), and from the receptionist to the tech, Lewis, this a professionally run company. Precision had installed a new opener for me a year or so ago and did a good job. Recently it just sounded different when opening and closing , so I called to have it checked out.
