A neighbor told me that they had used your company to replace their keypad, I looked you up online and called for an appointment, shortly after Brendan arrived and gave me three options of which one was for a new keypad at a fair price. The job was done very efficiently and at a fair price.

Review re: Jay Sherman 10 Sagamore Drive Plainview, NY 11803 John Fusco just completed a service call at my home. He set me up with a new remote for my garage door, programmed my vehicle, greased the hinges and thoroughly checked everything. John was excellent---thorough, patient, and made sure I understood everything necessary. He explained how to use the car remote built-in feature, how to open & close manually in case of a blackout, explained certain features on the keypad in the garage, how to grease the hinges and more. I definitely feel comfortable now and everything is working perfectly. I will spread reviews on Google, Facebook and on the Hamlet Facebook site. I'd like to have John perform future service calls if possible. He's a genuinely nice guy.

Our garage door system was over 20 years old. It was in definite need of an overhaul. Our technician, Nick, came within hours of our calling, and did a complete overhaul of our garage door system, replacing springs, rollers, pulleys, etc., and added safety lines. Everything now is working like new.

Sudden garage door breakdown. Precision responded immediately and Nicholas provided service. His work and description of potential options were exceptional. There was never the “hard sell” or push to upgrade beyond the basic repair. Work was completed on a timely basis and my door never sounded and ran better. Would definitely recommend them.

When my garage door wouldn't go up, I was able to get an appointment the same day. The service tech, Nick, arrived within the time frame promised, quickly diagnosed the problem and got right to work. Unfortunately, the opener had to be replaced, but Nick worked quickly and efficiently, completing the job in about 2 hours. He was courteous and professional with a very pleasant demeanor. He didn't leave until everything was completed and demonstrated. It was a pleasure having him in our home. My expectations were exceeded. This was the second time we've used Precision, and we wouldn't hesitate to call them back, if necessary.

Precision Overhead Garage Door was recommended to me by a friend. They were prompt in making an appointment with me and followed up every step of the way. When it was time for George, my service guy to come to the house ... I received a picture, his phone number and a little bio. I thought it was great to know who was coming to my house. Once at my house, George was great. He was super thorough and explained everything to us. He helped me download the app, showed me how to share it with my family members and tested everything before he left. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone that needs help with their garage!!

Our garage door broke on a Sunday morning with 2 cars trapped inside. Service was promised between 2 and 6 PM and the technician, Shane Fazal, came right on time, as promised. He assessed the problem and gave me a quote with options and was helpful with the pricing. While the cost was extremely expensive, we had few options to shop on a Sunday, so we agreed. Shane did an excellent job, was friendly and helpful and kept me informed as he did his work. He made sure we were satisfied before he left and informed me of other services that might be needed. He was terrific. But the cost was very high so unless you have an emergency like I did, shop if you care about price.

I couldn’t be happier with Precision Garage Door. We have used other companies in the past and none were even close to Precision. Our technician Nick was fantastic. He installed our new garage door opener, programmed the keypad and explained everything to us. I have definitely found my new garage door specialist! I called on Thursday and Nick was here on time. Plus, they update throughout the day with expected time of arrival. Such a great company to deal with

John Fusco arrived shortly after I booked an appointment. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and explained my choices clearly. I had major replacement work done, and John was finished within two hours, leaving my garage door better than he found it. This was one household headache requiring zero worry or fuss. Highly recommended.
