Excellent experience with Isaac Rodriguez from Precision repairing our garage door!m… Isaac called prior to coming over, and arrived just when he said he would. So professional, personable and knowledgeable. Isaac checked the overall functioning of our garage door and then provided two separate estimates: one with minimal repair needed, the next included more preventative measures/parts. Because we are on a budget we chose the minimal repair needed option. Isaac clearly explained the different options, parts replaced, cost and work involved for each option. He completed the work quickly, and demonstrated the now proper functioning of the garage door. Very thorough, knowledgeable, never felt rushed. Isaac is truly a professional and so personable! I will highly recommend Isaac Rodriguez and Precision Garage Repair to any friends/family in need of garage doors or repair, and will also be posting this recommendation on the Facebook Plainview Moms site! Call for an appointment and they were able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Lewis fixed my issues with my garage door. My garage door is so quiet when it opens now. It has never worked this well. Lewis was great and made sure I understood what needed to be done and made sure everything worked to perfection before leaving.
