We had an awesome experience with Danny today. Initially are appointment was a service call. Danny was mindful of maintaining the protocol so that we felt safe and comfortable. He also really listened to our questions and concerns. After being given all the scenarios that would fix our issues, we decided to get a new garage door and opener. At no point did we feel pressured to make a choice. I am so glad we went with Precision!!

I’ve heard great things about you. Checked you out on line. Great reviews. Joe called. Said he’d be there in around 10 minutes. He was. Gave me an estimate. Said it would be done in about 40 minutes. It was. Joe was terrific. Very professional. Personable. If I need another repair, I would ask for him. I’m completely satisfied and would recommend you people. Justin Riva was an excellent worker. He carefully explained all of my options to me. He worked guickly and efficiently to replace the motor. He explained the new keypad,the remote and the pad in the garage itself to me. He made my car compatible with the new motor. He came early and started to work immediately.

Danny was our technician today. He was courteous and polite. He notified me before that he was coming. He found the issue immediately even though the issue was intermittent. Although we could not see it...the senses were slightly not aligned. He adjusted the track a little, aligned the senses and wa la all fixed! He said to be sure to call if there are any future issues. The phone was answered quickly and efficiently. After the appointment was made, I received an email with all the details, including the tech's name and encouragement to look at their website where the tech's picture was with a brief bio. Very impressive and encouraging. The tech arrived within the promised window, diagnosed and explained the issues and gave us options for repair costs. He was courteous, professional and friendly and completed the work quickly. Our garage door operates like new again.

The tech was great in explaining what was the issue and giving me the options on course of action I could choose from. If we were going to stay longer I would have felt very comfortable with him replacing it all. Seems highly knowledge able. I own 1000's of apartment units with garages out of state and would be comfortable in using based on todays service.

Jesse and Rob were the two service technician sent to fix my garage door. They were both friendly, informative, and, most important, did a good job. The door works perfectly now. I also like the way Jesse's photo and short biography were sent via Messenger, so I knew whom to look for. If my other garage door ever needs to be repaired, I most certainly will use Precision Door Service. Hopefully Jesse and Rob will be available.

From the moment I called your company to request an appointment, to the point that the job was completed was smooth and professional. Michael P was the technician that performed the service. My job consisted of a whole new garage door opener, motor, cables, key pad, clickers, but not a new garage door itself. My system was really very old, but I never anticipated needing a total new one and was shocked at the cost involved. Once I realized that it wasn't safe as it was, I knew it had to be done. He was a pleasure to have at my house and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Michael and your company. I also liked your website that gave me a picture and information about the technician before he arrived. 5 stars
