Jesse and Rob were the two service technician sent to fix my garage door. They were both friendly, informative, and, most important, did a good job. The door works perfectly now. I also like the way Jesse's photo and short biography were sent via Messenger, so I knew whom to look for. If my other garage door ever needs to be repaired, I most certainly will use Precision Door Service. Hopefully Jesse and Rob will be available.

From the moment I called your company to request an appointment, to the point that the job was completed was smooth and professional. Michael P was the technician that performed the service. My job consisted of a whole new garage door opener, motor, cables, key pad, clickers, but not a new garage door itself. My system was really very old, but I never anticipated needing a total new one and was shocked at the cost involved. Once I realized that it wasn't safe as it was, I knew it had to be done. He was a pleasure to have at my house and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Michael and your company. I also liked your website that gave me a picture and information about the technician before he arrived. 5 stars

Brendon B and Greg R did an excellent job with the installation. The door is very tightly fitted all around, just as I requested. They lubricated the opener track and the door opens and closes very smoothly and quietly. Overall very satisfied with the installation and the door is very attractive.

Our garage door frame unexpectedly broke after a long run on an old door opener that came with the house. We called Precision and they were able to set up an appointment within one business day. We called on Friday and had an appointment Monday morning. Hunter was our service person and he was right on time - the earlier part of the time range. We got a reasonable estimate with options and decided to go with a whole new garage door opener, plus the door frame repairs. The work was done on the spot, including the new opener, and set up perfectly. Hunter explained in detail how it all worked and we were very pleased. Couldn't ask for better service.

Michael called and arrived during the window provided. He assessed the situation and provided in layman's terms the issues and the options available. Upon approval he proceeded to complete the work to be done and did so within a few hours. He then explained all aspects of the equipment installed and several times asked to make sure I completely understood. The garage was left clean almost as if no work was done. Excellent service specialist & company! Highly recommended.

I called them because we live in Plainview and they r located in Plainview. We could not be happier. Hunter and John took great care to explain all our options and to explain everything to us. They told us it would take 2 and 1/2 hrs. It took 1 hour. They even told us about an app that we can open and close are garage door from our smart phones. Hopefully will not have to call them again but if had to wouldn't think twice!

Within one hour of my calling Precision for service, their technician Dave was on the job. Of course he had called before coming as is Precision's policy. He patiently and completely answered any questions that I had and explained every step of what he was doing. The price given was exactly what i was charged, no add ons or funny stuff. The tech was great in explaining what was the issue and giving me the options on course of action I could choose from. If we were going to stay longer I would have felt very comfortable with him replacing it all. Seems highly knowledge able. I own 1000's of apartment units with garages out of state and would be comfortable in using based on todays service.
