Labor Rate & Part Rates are very high. Precision Charges labor rate $ 299.00 + Tax which is very high in Garage Door Service Industries. All other service & parts rates are also very high. Even if you ask a simple technical question to the technician, they will tell you that we are going to charge for the service. Customer's shop round and ask the labor rate before contacting any companies.

I was contacted as to when I could expect the technician to arrive. Danny introduced himself and upon inspection of my garage opener and springs, explained my 2 options clearly, with prices and warranties. The work was completed quickly and everything was cleaned up. I was then instructed on how to use the outside control panel. Danny was very patient when I messed up the code the first time. He did not leave until he was sure I could use everything correctly.

I am very pleased with Precision Garage. From the very beginning, the sales rep (Michael) was excellent, to the financing options, scheduling, to install, they all have been great. Brian and Joe installed my doors today, they were both professional , personable and knowledgable. The walked me through how to take care of the doors, code programing and setting up the app through the phone. They worked neat and did a very good job. My 22 year old garage door wasn’t opening properly for a week. I had used Precision in the past and remembered Danny Salas who did a great job then and now. Danny is very professional and a great guy. He was at my house in an hour He took time to explain what the problem was and in another hour I had an updated opener, key pad inside and outside and two openers for the car. Danny, your technician was excellent however the price for what he felt needed to be done was exorbitant. Your 3” pulleys were way overpriced and I was able to pick up 4 heavy duty for less than $20. I can swap those out myself and save hundreds.
