I had my garage door opener replaced by your technician Danny Salas. He diagnosed the problem w/ my existing unit and explained the issue. He provided me w/ my options and installed the new unit. He helped me w/ downloading the app that works w/ the unit and also assisted me in programming the opener in my car. Totally professional and knowledgeable. This week I had my old garage doors updated with new ones from Precision Doors. The technician who came, Brian Meinsen, installed two doors all by himself. They are so much easier to open than my old ones! Thanks for the quick, good work. The house has much better curbside appeal now.

Our repair technician,Danny Salas, was the best repairman that I have ever had to my home! He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable,and helpful. He explained exactly why our garage door had malfunctioned, and repaired it expertly that day. I can't say enough how much confidence I had in him to repair our issue. After the repair was complete, my garage door functioned like it never did before. It was quiet. He also showed us how light the garage door was to open if the power went out. Before this repair, it was very heavy;it was very heavy since we bought this house many years ago. I thought that was just how garage doors were supposed to be, but now that the door is balanced, the door is light and doesn't slam down if the power goes out and the door is left open. Before, the door would slam down hard. I highly recommend this company for its honest, capable, and courteous service.

Robert Weber was the technician/mechanic who repaired our garage door problem. Was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Great service! Rob Weber came when he said he would. Quickly diagnosed my problem with the door not being balanced. Said my torsion springs were undersized for my door. Since Precision installed my springs a little for that half a year ago, he replaced the springs at no charge. Said it was under warranty and should have been done right the first time. This Co.pany stands behind its product!!! I felt bad for Rob, though. He had to work in the garage when it was only 12 degrees out! Great guy. Great disposition and really cares about the work he does. Highly recommended.
