Called this morning to arrange for an estimate. Precision followed up immediately with emails & texts to let me know when the technician would arrive. Within just a few hours Michael Chwalek was at my door. Michael explained the whole process telling me exactly what would be replaced. He answered all my questions and explained the different features of the door openers. I opted for the upgraded Genie opener that included battery backup. I was given a detailed estimate right on the spot which was appreciated. Michael was very courteous and professional. Based on how well everything has gone so far, I am hopeful that the day of installation will go just as well. Very glad I made the call to Precision Garage Door Service today.

I was extremely pleased with all aspects of my experience with Precision Garage Door, from the ease of scheduling an appointment to the resolution of the problem with my garage door. John Fusco contacted me the morning of my appointment to let me know what time he would be arriving. Very much appreciated, as my appointment was a four-hour window on a Sunday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining in detail, and provided an immediate estimate that included a military discount. All the parts needed to make the repair were on his truck and the job was completed (replaced springs) on the spot. John was professional, efficient and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This is the first time I hired a company to service my garage door. I serviced it myself for the last 26 years but I'm getting old and lazy, so I called Precision garage door when a spring broke. I talked to a young lady named Karen who set me up with a time slot between 10am and 2pm. This was at 8:15 in the morning. And if the service technician could get to my house earlier me would call me. Well, the tech that fixed my door John Fusco and his helper Jason called me around 9:10am and said he was on his way. I'd much rather not have to wait for someone to show up at my house so getting there early worked for me. John described in detail what I needed for the job to be done in a professional and competent manner, gave me a variety of prices depending on what I wanted done and did the job in a relatively short time. I'm very happy I chose Precision to do the work, and, in the future, I would definitely call them back. Thanks for a great job, John Fusco.

Sorry this is late as my computer two days after he was here died and has to be repaired. I was trying to get an itemized bill and on my third call Heather in Customer Service showed me how to get it from the invoice. I was waiting for that before I sent a review. Been here 45 years and you are the best garage door company. Thanks for your service and thank Danny again for me. He changed the rollers for me and the new pad.

thank you for the new garage door opener. We had two new garage doors installed back in 2021 when we bought our new house, and finally one of the openers failed. It was from 2000, so 25 years it didn't owe us anything. Israel installed and explained all options and within two hours job finished, great and clean. Opener is quiet compared to the old Craftsman. See you guys when the other opener fails.

The track for my garage door pulled away from the wall on one side. While I could get in and out of the garage carefully it needed to be fixed. Twenty years ago I probably could have fixed it myself but at my age the wasn't happening. Called Precision and they showed up the next day - Danny. The work was quick and the door works better than it has in a long time. Danny explained what he did, made some suggestions for going forward. The work was well worth the price. Would heartily recommend Precision to everyone.
