I am a previous customer. Precision did not do my original installation but this was my third service call. I chose them because I was satisfied with their service in the past. I am also very satisfied with this particularly repair job. My torsion spring broke on a door that was installed in 2009. Although there are two doors on our garage this one probably bears 90% of the traffic. The tech, Andrew Depalma was polite, pleasant and very knowledgeable. The replacement parts he installed are actually of higher quality than the original.

Our service technician, Danny S. was professional, well-mannered, and most of all, very respectful with handling our needs. Our garage door spring broke. Danny was very knowledgable about the mechanics of our particular garage door and how best to repair it. And what impressed us the most was his eye towards safety! When our spring broke, it went through our wall which such force because there was no safety cable in it. Danny knew this was a necessity for us. I would highly recommend him not just for his know how, but for his well-mannered nature.

We recently had new garage doors & opener installed ( on one of the colder days this winter) Our installers, Michael Chaparro & Shane Fazal were fantastic. They arrived on time after sending a text, worked diligently( especially in the cold) & fully explained and answered all our questions. They conducted themselves very professionally. We would also like to make a "Shout Out" to Israel Hixson who got this ball started. We knew we needed new doors which he help us navigate but he also patiently helped repair our very old ones until the new ones arrived. All the guys who came to our home went above & beyond in assisting us. Thank you

I called Precision on a Wednesday and on Thursday I had a new garage door opener. My installer, Israel was knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything. The work was performed immediately and care was taken to leave no debris. Israel helped to program the phone app and answered all my questions and concerns. He asked several times about any other information he could provide. I will continue to use precision door and will recommend the company.

George arrived on time. He thoroughly reviewed my garage door, motor and key pad. I had called because the key pad had stopped working. He was very patient in explaining everything he looked at, it’s condition and relative health of the whole system. Finally he replaced the key pad. George was friendly and careful with his work. I would recommend George and Precision.

Price was right, work was done right. Israel did great installation job of new lift engine and springs. Very friendly, easy to work with, explained it all, and didn’t mind me watching and learning ( I usually am a do it yourself guy). Would recommend to others. Wore mask even tho vaccinated, which is great policy.

We had our new garage door installed today. The installation crew was nice, efficient and professional. They answered all of our questions and helped us set up the app on our phones. The technician came out on time and called to her three times before he arrived to give me his estimated time of arrival. When he got here, he was clear, concise and did a lot of work for us. One of my garage door springs broke. I was initially quoted to have the 2 springs replaced for $ 253.10 with $50.00 off as per your Valpak flyer. I'm a senior citizen but as per Andre, only one discount can be honored. Then apparently, Andre said these springs he initially brought are smaller. He changed these with bigger springs costing $179 each. This time my bill went up to $409.52, a difference of $156.42 from the previous quote. Yes, I agreed to have this done since he was already there and that's all he did, just plainly changed the springs. I remember, 5 years ago, these springs were replaced by another company, tune up was done, pulleys, rollers and cables replaced for a total of $299.00. Now I'm wondering, was the plain springs replacement for $409.52 with already the $50.00 discount reasonable for a senior citizen?

I absolutely love that Precision Overhead Garage Door Service called me ahead of time to let me know that they were arriving in 10 minutes. What’s more, I received a text with a photo of the technician and a short bio about him. I thought that was a nice touch. My technician, Andrew, diagnosed the problem rather speedily and fixed it within the hour. I highly recommend this company. Bonus: they have weekend hours. I had my service done on a Sunday. Very convenient.
