I was very much impressed with the way the entire project was handled. Initially I was little concerned about the truthfulness in diagnosing the problem of my garage door opener. Appointment was made very quickly and Joe came right in time as promised and provided me the written technical inspection sheet. He immediately replaced the Lift Master opener. Excellent service!!! Technician, Dan, was there within 2 hours. Very courteous and eager to resolve the problem with my old safety beams, which looked simple, but turned out to be very difficult. Dan would not give up. He went the extra mile and finally completed the repair totally satisfactorily with a smile and without a hint of frustration. This company is on now my short list.

I found your company in the Val-Pak advertisements that come about once a month in the mail. Contacting your company was very easy and they confirmed our appointment via e-mail, and subsequently phoned our home. Robert Weber was a very capable and delightful technician. We were not expecting to purchase a new garage door opener, but to replace the broken part did not seem cost effective and a new door opener seemed more feasible in the long-run. I think if I were to have researched this project, I would have come up with a less expensive installation, but it made sense to have it done today, as the technician was here and had the equipment and the time to do the job. Overall, we are very happy how everything turned out and I hope our new unit will give us years of satisfactory service. We would highly recommend your company to anyone needing your services.

We had two new Liftmaster garage door openers installed today by Justin. He came when indicated, performed the work in a professional manner, and was both friendly and polite. We’re happy with the new openers and the work performed. The openers work much better and are significantly quieter than our old ones.

Then when I got the conformation email, I could not believe that all the photos of the service men were right there so I could see who was actually coming. I've had my garage door serviced before but was not happy. My friend from Commack told me about Precision Door and how happy she was with their service. I called Precision Door and they were very accommodating. They sent a technician and he gave me the options. I went with the full replacement and warranty. Today I had a minor service call and techs were sent and fixed the problem. They were very professional and courteous and explained everything they did. Taking all of that under consideration ~ Precision Garage Door is the way to go!
