I called for service because of BBB rating, Dan’s papers review and that you were in Riverhead— I have had many good experiences with service providers located there, doing good work at reasonable cost, and it is relatively nearby (I am in SH). I had a somewhat novel and difficult problem, and your technician Robert was just terrific; he was able to diagnose the likely problem quickly, and came up with many creative ideas to attack the problem, and just wouldn’t give up despite the first 5-6 ideas not panning out. I admire both his creativity and his persistence in seeking a solution, and he did hit on just the right thing—and all of this during constant rain.He is a very dedicated and valuable employee.

Friendly people to deal with. My door was delivered and professionally installed on time as promised. Installers made sure I knew everything about the door electronics and maintenance before they left. Happy with the quality of the product too.

John and Rob swung by to give me an estimate to replace doors and openers. Very professional, as they looked at my set up now to see if repair was warranted on old doors. Pointing out issues that I wasn’t even aware of which led me to setting up ordering and purchasing both doors and openers for replacement. Next step is install when doors are in after measurements were taken.

From my initial call to the Precision Door Service office to the completion of the work, my experience was professional, pleasant and timely. Precision was able to give me a same day appointment which was greatly appreciated. The technicians, Brendan and Jesse, were courteous, respectful and efficient. They explained and demonstrated everthing clearly, in terms I could easily understand. They both were great. If I could, I'd give them a 10 and should the opportunity arise, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precidion to friends and family. Unfortunately, poor service is very common today so it was a breath of fresh air to work with Precision!

Hunter could not have been friendlier or more efficient. Was on time and quickly got my entire unit (motor, sensors, keypads, and remotes) replaced. Hopefully will not need to call them again soon, but i highly endorse these folks if you have issues.

Outstanding service from the first phone contact to the completion of the service call. I have suffered through unsatisfactory experiences with other Liftmaster dealers but your company restored my faith in what top notch customer service is all about. The initial phone contact person was friendly and efficient, the technician arrived on time, was very informative and explained every thing he found and the work he provided. The email confirmations throughout the process were helpful and timely. I only wish I knew about your company earlier during my ownership of the LIftmaster doors.
