Isaac R. was my repair person. He was prompt and knowledgeable. He explained all the job requirements and options. Isaac was a very clean worker. Isaac is a nice,polite,hard-working young man. He should be a Precision keeper!

My new garage door was installed yesterday. I am pleased with the entire process from ordering to installation. Brian, the technician who installed the door, was courteous and professional, and the total clean-up when the job was finished was impressive. There is one problem, however. There is a small dent in one of the panels which I was told would be replaced. Therefore, the job isn't totally complete, so I will write another review when it is.

AND ON THE ACTUAL DAY, THEY LET YOU KNOW WHEN THEY ARE ON THE WAY. OUR TECHNICIAN WAS ISAAC. HE WAS SO PATIENT, ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. HE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING CLEARLY AND LET US KNOW WHAT OPTIONS WERE AVAILABLE. ISAAC WAS EXCELLENT -- VERY COMPETENT AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE. I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door Service after seeing. their ad in a circular. It indicated #1 garage door service on Long Island. I wanted to see why. I also liked that they offered 24/7 availability and that i would be speaking with a live person. After making the initial call, i was able to make an appointment for the next day. The day of the service call I received text confirmation and also a picture and short bio on the technician coming. Israel Hixson was courteous and professional. we walked througjht the process of the repair and I ended up purchasing a new garage door. The whole process went quite smoothly.Precision met my expectations and then some. Detailed and thorough service with a smile. Now I am just waiting for my new door to be installed once the ordering process has been completed.

From the first phone call to the appointment with Joe I found Precision to be very professional. They showed up on time and called an appropriate amount of time before hand. They do a very good job of communicating with the client through text and email updates. The installation of our belt driven motor was easy quick and efficient. Joe was thorough and explained how it all worked. I would recommend this company for sure.
