On Nov 11 I called Precision at the Riverhead office because I had a broken cable on one of my garage doors. The person that returned my call was very courteous and booked an appointment for the same day for 2PM. The repair person named Andrew called me and said he was working in the area and could be at my home in about 10 minutes which was about 11AM. Andrew did a complete review of the door system, took pictures and then gave me three choices as to how I would like to proceed with the repair. Andrew completed the repair with an hours time and the door runs smoothly now

I lost a remote and PG scheduled an appointment quickly with me. Everything was reprogrammed, I received a new remote and Robert Weber (my technician) was on-time, quick and to the point and he even programmed my car as well to open the doors. A great experience I had with Precision Garage who replaced my old garage doors and added 2 openers....and now the service call was equally as great. I don't write reviews often at all, but this company (and Robert Weber from the Riverhead office) deserve a great review.
