Precision arrived on time to evaluate my broken garage opener. The unit was old and Hunter, the tech gave me options to fix the problem or get a new unit. No pressure but the unit was old, worn parts and not in compliance with safety standards. After discussion, I went for a new unit. After installation, Hunter told us how to work it, very easy. Very good service and give Hunter a raise!!!

The springs broke on my door in the morning. By 1 o'clock in the afternoon Precision was there to fix it. They completely rebuilt all of the operating components in about an hour. They had all the parts necessary on their truck. Really great service.

Your Technician Mike Picarello was fantastic when he came to fix the problem with my garage door. He checked everything and knew just what was wrong. he fixed what he could then but he had to order the rubber for the bottom of the door since he had none like it on his truck.
