The springs broke on my door in the morning. By 1 o'clock in the afternoon Precision was there to fix it. They completely rebuilt all of the operating components in about an hour. They had all the parts necessary on their truck. Really great service.

Your Technician Mike Picarello was fantastic when he came to fix the problem with my garage door. He checked everything and knew just what was wrong. he fixed what he could then but he had to order the rubber for the bottom of the door since he had none like it on his truck. HE IS EXCELLENT AT WHAT HE DOES. Do not lose him and please send him again to fix my garage door any time I call you. Thank You. I give you a 5 star rating for your company and Mike.
