I couldn't be more pleased with both the repair and customer service of this company. I called the office at 3PM on a Saturday afternoon when a cable snapped on a garage door leaving it so I couldn't get my car out. I got an appointment for Sunday morning and was able to follow the service person's progress to me on an app so I knew exactly when he would arrive. The repairs were extensive and worth the cost. Jacob completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this company for these types of services.

The technician, Robert Weber arrived on time and diagnosed the garage door issue right away. He was also courteous and adhered to covid19 protocols. The garage door mechanical system was fixed promptly after I approved of the detailed written and verbal description of the required work, including the estimate. The repair cost was very reasonable, too. So glad that I was able to save my automated garage door!!

Your technician, Robert Weber provided excellent service. He was able to fix the problem I called about, a broken bearing, and also found an issue with our cables. In addition, the door was quite noisy opening and closing. He adjusted the tracks and it is now considerably quieter. I give Robert 5 stars for good, friendly customer service and technical ability.
