We’ve had a broken garage door for almost year and after I kept telling myself I would fix it… I got a flyer in the mail for Precision. A quick check of their Google Business rating gave me the confidence to try them out. I called yesterday, spoke with a very friendly and knowledge staff member (Latoya), and she had someone here by 830am this morning. George was a pleasure to work with — courteous, articulate, thoughtful and fast. Our door was working again in under an hour. We've been using Precision for a many years now to keep the garage doors that we installed in our old house when we moved in years ago working right. They've done everything from simple lube/tuneups to a motor replacement to replacing the springs when he originals finally broke on one of our doors. Our tech John did a thorough job - springs needed tightening and doors lubed this time. Like all the other techs we've ever had here from Precision, he was thorough, explained what needed to be done and efficient. Took us a while to hit on Precision but we will be using them forever - experienced and well trained techs, handled some tough replacement part jobs and fair prices.
