I was able to schedule a service call quickly, and Shayne was really wonderful, explaining what was wrong with my garage door, fixing it (quickly!), and--as I am a new home owner--also walking me through a few key maintenance points to keep in mind.

We've been using Precision for a many years now to keep the garage doors that we installed in our old house when we moved in years ago working right. They've done everything from simple lube/tuneups to a motor replacement to replacing the springs when he originals finally broke on one of our doors. Our tech John did a thorough job - springs needed tightening and doors lubed this time. Like all the other techs we've ever had here from Precision, he was thorough, explained what needed to be done and efficient. Took us a while to hit on Precision but we will be using them forever - experienced and well trained techs, handled some tough replacement part jobs and fair prices.
