Precision did a BIG job for us about a year ago replacing the big springs that help raise and lower our two garage doors after one of the springs snapped. They did a great, clean job on that at a very fair price. Today, one of the doors needed an adjustment unrelated to the spring work which was done again quickly and cleanly. Of the several companies we've used for the garage door maintance and repairs over more than 20 years, the work and the people at Precision have been far and away the best.

The company installed my garage door opener several years ago. Today when i closed the door the spring came down and the door would not open. I called the company about 100 on a Sunday afternoon. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful and was able to arrange for a technician to come in the afternoon, and he was there in fact within about 40 minutes of the time i made the call. The technician, Lewis Rodriguez, was very professional and also friendly and efficient. The door was fixed within 30 minutes.

I had used Precision in Texas and was completely satisfied with broken Spring replacement. However, I was completely dissatisfied with Precision of Long Island/Plainview with broken Spring replacement as the technician would not perform the repair that I had requested and pre-established with their office. Repairman walked off the job.
