I realized after 5 on Friday, 9/29, that I needed someone to look at my garage door opener. I went to the Internet to look up a company and the first one listed was Precision. I looked over the website and decided to call them. I made a reservation for Monday afternoon and they came promptly and Shane quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very professional and friendly and I would use him again in an instant! He completed the job to my satisfaction and I’m very happy with the result!! :)

First time using your company - just saw the truck on the LIE and figured give you a call. Wasn’t expecting much, to be honest. From the first call to signing on the iPad to process payment, the whole experience was very professional, straightforward and open. Our installer (Shane) shows up as promised, called before arriving as promised, patiently assessed the problem w the old system, laid out the options, made recommendations, understood and accommodated our budget concerns, got to work right away, and then did a terrific job installing everything. George was a true professional. He did an assessment. Explained all my options. Quoted me a price for each Which included everything ( taxes, parts, labor ) so when I paid at the end, it was the exact same number I was quoted. Great move by company. Also nice to send me his photo and bio. I understand the pic for security reasons. But the bio also humanizes him, before he arrives. Not sure I need to know he likes “ long walks “ - I want him to fix my garage door, I don’t wanna date him. However, after seeing his work ethic, and attitude, if I had a daughter, I WOULD want her to date him. George helps make your firm look wonderful to the end customer. He deserves a raise, and a promotion. Your lucky to have him. PS - you should add a gratuity option to the credit card payment. If ya need a testimonial for a commercial, lemme know
