I realized after 5 on Friday, 9/29, that I needed someone to look at my garage door opener. I went to the Internet to look up a company and the first one listed was Precision. I looked over the website and decided to call them. I made a reservation for Monday afternoon and they came promptly and Shane quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very professional and friendly and I would use him again in an instant! He completed the job to my satisfaction and I’m very happy with the result!! :)

First time using your company - just saw the truck on the LIE and figured give you a call. Wasn’t expecting much, to be honest. From the first call to signing on the iPad to process payment, the whole experience was very professional, straightforward and open.
