Today technician John Hixson came to examine my aging door and make recommendations to me and my wife regarding repair or replacement. Israel Hixon came out on a Sunday to fix our garage door. The door is very large and heavy and he was by himself, but he wouldn't leave until the door was completely repaired and working better than before. Highly recommended.

They called to let me know when John the repair person would be coming to the house, he arrived promptly and was properly outfitted with mask and gloves. Asked me about the trouble I was having. My garage did not work properly. I called Precision for the first time. Danny Salas, the technician, did a great job. He did what he promised and even swept the floor to make sure it was clean. Further, he wiped down the garage buttons using wipes. We communicated throughout the process using Apple FaceTime.
