Israel Hixon came out on a Sunday to fix our garage door. The door is very large and heavy and he was by himself, but he wouldn't leave until the door was completely repaired and working better than before. Highly recommended.

My garage did not work properly. I called Precision for the first time. Danny Salas, the technician, did a great job. He did what he promised and even swept the floor to make sure it was clean. Further, he wiped down the garage buttons using wipes. We communicated throughout the process using Apple FaceTime.

5 stars. Francisco arrived on time, diagnosed multiple problems from a prior service call done incorrectly by another company, and corrected it. While working, a gentleman approached to inquire about a new install, and I gave a full recommendation of the company, and Francisco specifically.

I was very impressed with the work done by Francisco. The door problem was corrected and all is now working fine. Francisco was excellent in explaining all the work that he was going to do and did everything as described with one important exception. I was expecting a written five year warranty on the parts and work done. I got a copy of the invoice by e-mail but nothing about a five year warranty. Why not???
