Timothy O. replaced my garage door springs, rollers and pulleys, carefully adjusted everything perfectly. Full inspection of everything, safety cables, etc. To write that I am completely satisfied does not really describe my gratitude. Not only was Tim gracious, polite and friendly, but you can tell he knows EXACTLY what he is doing with complete confidence. Answered all my questions affably and clearly. Now that I know everything was done correctly, carefully inspected, and backed by his knowledge and experience, it has completely removed all worries regarding my garage door. Removal of that worry is PRICELESS. Tim, I really can't thank you enough.

We were lucky enough to call about getting a garage door opener installed and they came to our home within hours. Mike P and John were able to explain our options in detail. They were then able to complete the installation right then and there. They were very professional and friendly. When the installation was complete they walked us through all of the parts and how it works, including how to properly download the app to be able to work it from our phones.

My son suggested your company after seeing your ValPak coupon. I was having an issue with my garage door opener. The receiver unit was kaput and not made anymore. Also, the garage door had not been serviced in years and all moving parts and cables were badly worn and needed replacement as well. Your technician Danny was outstanding. He showed, explained, and offered the options available to me. And he and his assistant worked diligently until the work was completed to satisfaction. Totally satisfied with the service. Danny, my technician was the best. He was pleasant, prompt, and absolutely knows all there is to know about garage door installation. The extension cable snapped and the door was stuck in a down position. Danny gave me several options for the repair...bare bones fix or refurbish the door with a 10 yr guarantee. I went with the refurbish. He rebuilt the door, replaced the hardware and it works better than when it was new, and very quiet. Would definitely recommend Precision to my friends.

I had purchased two of your top of the line garage doors and had them installed by two of your technicians. One door worked perfectly and one door had issues. I called for a technician to come to fix the issues. Without going into detail there were numerous issues with door #2. The response was very quick and Brian was assigned to fix the problems. He found problems that I was not aware of and corrected them quickly and professionally. To be honest Brian is the reason that I would recommend Precision and he is one of the reasons your ratings are 5 stars.

The technician Danny S. was on time, even called he was in route to our house and the time he should be arriving. I needed new springs, safety wires, and mostly a way to by pass the transmitter/receiver in the motor housing. So Hunter installed new electronics and helped me program my car's remote.
