We are very satisfied with the promptness and follow up of the Precision team (initial consult, answering service, and technicians.) The dispatched technicians were friendly, courteous, and professional. Although the cost of service seemed expensive, we felt their responsiveness and professionalism and material use was justified; especially for a Sunday dispatch (within 24 hours of our initial contact.)

I had a new garage door opener installed today by John-Aaron and Jesse. Great experience. They communicated with us prior to arrival, were prompt and our options were explained clearly. Work was done quickly and they were very neat. Operation of unit was reviewed and explained in detail following the installation. The whole project from my first phone call to its conclusion was done professionally. Great experience and I can recommend the company and installers without hesitation.

The guy almost kept his cool entirely when my mother-in-law showed up and started giving them a hard time over the price. The prices could be a BIT more competitive. Regardless. the two guys were very nice and knowledgeable.

So pleased with this company. Contacted to other local companies and they would not consider a repair only new doors . The day of the appointment John and Rob called twice to confirm the location and when they arrived they promptly explained my options and proceeded to make the repairs of my choice . When it's time for new garage doors this will be the company I call.

One of the cables needed by our automatic garage door opener to open the door, snapped unexpectedly recently, preventing us from opening the garage door at all. We called Precision Door Service and were promised a visit within the next few hours. One hour later, a technician called, introduced himself and told us they would be there within the 1/2 hour, and before we knew it, 3 men were there to fix the door for us. They assessed the problem, gave us several options of what needed immediate attention and what could wait if we so chose. The ultimate decision was ours. We chose to replace all of the necessary as well as potential problematic parts all at once. They even waived the service call fee for us and gave us an additional discount which included a 10 year warranty on the new parts installed. The men were polite, courteous, efficient and neat. Even though the cost was a little high, we would definitely use them again should the need arise! The service was excellent!!

It was very easy to schedule an appointment. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and easy to understand. John, your employee , arrived as promised. He very clearly explained the possible ways to do the repairs and carefully noted the different costs. After I chose the type of repair he did the work, explained what he had done, and showed how the door was working easily. He cleaned up and went on his way. I am completely satisfied with the repair work and I was very impressed with John’s presentation and work. Based on this I would happily recommend your company to my friends.

I called on a Sunday about broken cable on my garage door. Service technician came the same day. The technician, Danny Salas, explained that there were several problems with the door and it had already been repaired before, but not properly(we are new owners). He patiently explained everything to me and I decided to have all the parts replaced on the existing door. Danny had all the parts in his truck and he performed the repairs in a couple of hours. I was very satisfied with the work performed and was happy to have my garage door fixed so quickly. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs work performed.
