Okay, where have you been all my life? Danny was here on time with a smile to fix my doors. Communication was awesome; numerous phone calls to confirm his arrival. He was totally professional, competent, and diligent. He spent extra time on my doors to make sure they were operating as quietly as possible. I won't use anyone else for my garage door repairs.

I had purchased two of your top of the line garage doors and had them installed by two of your technicians. One door worked perfectly and one door had issues. I called for a technician to come to fix the issues. Without going into detail there were numerous issues with door #2. The response was very quick and Brian was assigned to fix the problems. He found problems that I was not aware of and corrected them quickly and professionally. To be honest Brian is the reason that I would recommend Precision and he is one of the reasons your ratings are 5 stars.

My husband and are were delighted with the service we received. It is great to work with a company who hires professional and knowledgeable staff. Loved the fact you could be reached on Sunday. The technician Danny S. was on time, even called he was in route to our house and the time he should be arriving. He was polite, explained what he had to do to fix our garage door as well as what it would cost. When completed he showed us the work that was done and answered all of our questions. I would recommend Precision to all my family and friends. Thanks again Danny for a job well done.

I watch channel 12 news every morning while getting ready for work. I noticed the garage door commercial lately. I called to have them assess and fix my garage door and they did a wonderful job explaining what needed to be done. My technician, Danny, was an exceptional talent! He explained all options and cost and didn't try to oversell what needed to be done. He is truly an asset to this company!

Hunter was very prompt. I really needed same day service. Quickly found the problems. Didn't oversell. Friendly and polite. I needed new springs, safety wires, and mostly a way to by pass the transmitter/receiver in the motor housing. So Hunter installed new electronics and helped me program my car's remote. Recommendation: 5 stars

Your technitian Tim O'Brian is truly a credit to your company....you are as well asking for feedback. It means you realy care to know what's going on in your business. Tim replaced springs, rollers etc. The garage door is much easier for me to open..first time in 25 years! The price was reasonable and I was glad to pay. Thank you for a job well done.

Excellent experience!! Never in my life would I have thought a new garage door opening system would make me this happy. Our service tech Mike was polite, knowledgeable and did a GREAT job. I was very happy with the technician. However, for what was done i feel i was overcharged, correcting a wire and no parts $216.00 I feel i should have been charged for a service call only.

thank you for the feedback, we feel the 9pt safety eye package is a good value. we inspect and adjusted your safety eyes, we securley fastened to the track, we inspected all wiring at the motor-head, wall control and sensor's. we also checked your force settings and travel limits.

My original install was done by a competing company and they did not even return my call when I attempted to contact them for the needed repairs. I called Precision and they came out immediately and, not only addressed my repair issues, but showed their quality parts were far superior to those originally installed. I ended up replacing everything but the tracks and door and I couldn't be happier. You can't beat their lifetime warranty and Mike, my installation tech was the best! I recommend Precision if you need garage door work done.
