My son suggested your company after seeing your ValPak coupon. I was having an issue with my garage door opener. The receiver unit was kaput and not made anymore. Also, the garage door had not been serviced in years and all moving parts and cables were badly worn and needed replacement as well. Your technician Danny was outstanding. He showed, explained, and offered the options available to me. And he and his assistant worked diligently until the work was completed to satisfaction. They were both friendly, polite, and educational. I would not hesitate to call your company again for a future need.

Totally satisfied with the service. Danny, my technician was the best. He was pleasant, prompt, and absolutely knows all there is to know about garage door installation. The extension cable snapped and the door was stuck in a down position. Danny gave me several options for the repair...bare bones fix or refurbish the door with a 10 yr guarantee. I went with the refurbish. He rebuilt the door, replaced the hardware and it works better than when it was new, and very quiet. Would definitely recommend Precision to my friends.

I had purchased two of your top of the line garage doors and had them installed by two of your technicians. One door worked perfectly and one door had issues. I called for a technician to come to fix the issues. Without going into detail there were numerous issues with door #2. The response was very quick and Brian was assigned to fix the problems. He found problems that I was not aware of and corrected them quickly and professionally. To be honest Brian is the reason that I would recommend Precision and he is one of the reasons your ratings are 5 stars.

My husband and are were delighted with the service we received. It is great to work with a company who hires professional and knowledgeable staff. Loved the fact you could be reached on Sunday. The technician Danny S. was on time, even called he was in route to our house and the time he should be arriving. He was polite, explained what he had to do to fix our garage door as well as what it would cost. When completed he showed us the work that was done and answered all of our questions. I watch channel 12 news every morning while getting ready for work. I noticed the garage door commercial lately. I called to have them assess and fix my garage door and they did a wonderful job explaining what needed to be done. My technician, Danny, was an exceptional talent! He explained all options and cost and didn't try to oversell what needed to be done. He is truly an asset to this company!

Hunter was very prompt. I really needed same day service. Quickly found the problems. Didn't oversell. Friendly and polite. I needed new springs, safety wires, and mostly a way to by pass the transmitter/receiver in the motor housing. So Hunter installed new electronics and helped me program my car's remote. Recommendation: 5 stars
