My 22 year old garage door wasn’t opening properly for a week. I had used Precision in the past and remembered Danny Salas who did a great job then and now. Danny is very professional and a great guy. He was at my house in an hour He took time to explain what the problem was and in another hour I had an updated opener, key pad inside and outside and two openers for the car. Again, he took time to explain how everything worked. I’m very happy with the job he did, everything is working perfectly. Danny is The Best !
Hi Lois, We’re so glad Danny was able to provide prompt, professional service and take the time to explain everything clearly. It’s wonderful to hear your new opener and accessories are working perfectly and that you’re happy with the results. Your loyalty and kind words mean a lot to us! Thank you for choosing Precision Garage Door Service.

Ryan arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. He did a thorough inspection of the entire mechanical garage door system. He lubricated all the necessary parts and pointed out a weakness in the cable line that may present a problem in the future. I will be watching it and will not hesitate to call Precision when a need service again.

Upon arriving both technicians intoduced themselves and shook my hand. They listened intensively to my explanation of how my garage door was malfunctioning. After inspecting the garage door aparatus they explained what was wrong and how it could be fixed. I was given 2 options. They explained both options. Their truck was stocked with the parts necessary to complete the repair of my garage door. I would highly recommend this company. The office staff was courteous and emailed and texted me with updates.

The service is top notch. Starting from calling and getting a "real" person to answer my questions and setting up an appointment, for that day!! to Robert, my technician. Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. After a few observations, he knew what to do and fixed it promptly. He also gave suggestions on the remaining areas of my garage door. Will not hesitate to use Percision again.
