Today was a very good day. Danny Salas arrived at the agreed upon time to repair our garage door opener. He was pleasant, respectful and listened to our concerns. He was able to identify the difficulty and presented the options. We decided to replace the entire unit. He had all the parts needed on his truck and was able to complete the work in just a few hours. He then spent another 30 minutes in educating me on how the new system worked. We were extremely pleased with both Danny and the entire process. Thank you Precision Door Service for employing such friendly and knowledgeable technicians as Danny.

Our repair technician,Danny Salas, was the best repairman that I have ever had to my home! He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable,and helpful. He explained exactly why our garage door had malfunctioned, and repaired it expertly that day. I can't say enough how much confidence I had in him to repair our issue. After the repair was complete, my garage door functioned like it never did before. It was quiet. He also showed us how light the garage door was to open if the power went out. Before this repair, it was very heavy;it was very heavy since we bought this house many years ago. I thought that was just how garage doors were supposed to be, but now that the door is balanced, the door is light and doesn't slam down if the power goes out and the door is left open. Before, the door would slam down hard. I highly recommend this company for its honest, capable, and courteous service.

We had a completely new installation -- two doors, tracks, motors -- the works! Everyone, from Vince in sales to Shannon and Monica in dispatch to Jeff and Manny in installation, was professional, knowledgeable, and polite, and they worked hard to get everything ordered, delivered, and installed well and quickly. Precision: I was very pleased and impressed with the professional service provided by Jesse Cole. I'll read over all the literature emailed and left me. The owner of AC Garage doors, whose people installed the garage door in April 2021, sent me an email to tell me they went out of business. I did not mention to Jesse that I am the Chairman of the Arch. Comm. in the Ranches, the condo where I live, and will recommend your company when asked by a homeowner with garage door problems. Also I usually oil the rollers annually and was wondering what lubricant you recommend. I've been using WD-40 but wonder if it is appropriate. Bob Schweitzer

I called late Saturday afternoon and spoke to a real person. She gave an appointment for Monday that was convenient for me. Very pleasant young lady! Bob came right on time Monday to repair our garage door and called 30 min. before arriving. He assessed the problem and gave us three repair opinions to choose from and the prices for each. Old garage doors really needed replacement, along with the springs and tracks. Installation went smoothly. Everything works so much better (and quieter with the nylon rollers!) The top lights really let in a lot of light making it unnecessary for the garage lights during the day. Wife is very pleased! Installers were very professional and courteous.
