I called late Saturday afternoon and spoke to a real person. She gave an appointment for Monday that was convenient for me. Very pleasant young lady! Bob came right on time Monday to repair our garage door and called 30 min. before arriving. He assessed the problem and gave us three repair opinions to choose from and the prices for each. I must say, "I was impressed". He completed the repairs in a timely manner and explained the new equipment that was installed in detail. Thank you all, great job! Vinnie, Port Jeff. Sta., NY

Old garage doors really needed replacement, along with the springs and tracks. Installation went smoothly. Everything works so much better (and quieter with the nylon rollers!) The top lights really let in a lot of light making it unnecessary for the garage lights during the day. Wife is very pleased! Installers were very professional and courteous.

Robert Weber was the technician/mechanic who repaired our garage door problem. Was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I had a broken spring. My tech, Rob, replaced the springs and suggested replacing some other worn and rusted parts. When he completed the work the door operated better than when it was new. He did a very good job!

Precision: I was very pleased and impressed with the professional service provided by Jesse Cole. I'll read over all the literature emailed and left me. The owner of AC Garage doors, whose people installed the garage door in April 2021, sent me an email to tell me they went out of business. I did not mention to Jesse that I am the Chairman of the Arch. Comm. in the Ranches, the condo where I live, and will recommend your company when asked by a homeowner with garage door problems. Also I usually oil the rollers annually and was wondering what lubricant you recommend. I've been using WD-40 but wonder if it is appropriate. Bob Schweitzer
