I put a new garage door in and a new opener in at the same time by Precision. They were excellent then in l2016 when I had it all done. Their technicians are fabulous and know just how to get everything set properly. I have had them here two times since then to fix issues that I thought were needed, AND again the technicians were fabulous and knew just what to do to correct things just right. No more issues at all!!! So very happy with this company and would recommend to anyone who is in need of a new door and/or an opener.

Liz made arrangements for my garage door opener to be serviced within 48 hours. Robert called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. He was courteous, helpful, and professional in his attitude. He took the time to explain the issues and showed photos of the damaged items. He had all of the items needed to fix the problem. After completing the repairs, he took the time to explain the ways in which the remote worked. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door Service to anyone who needed to purchase an overhead garage door or to have one repaired. Andrew came to visit and check on our garage door problem. He is a great guy and gave us good advice and options. Prior to the visit, I got a text and email regarding confirmation of the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I got a reminder of the person who is coming including his personal information. I was surprised, I said to my husband that I like this kind of service and how they treat their clients. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

As I am not technically inclined, I did fill out a review on YELP, but I will do another one here. I was very pleased with the technician who arrived on time, explained clearly what he was going to check and he would give me several options. Danny Salas, the technician, was professional and provided me with several options, ////due to the equipment that was either 25 or 30 years old, I opted for complete repair. Dany set about his work and complete the task before noon, having to replace the entire system. It is now running smoothly and quietly. Danny's work ethic wad commendable and he cleaned up and, frankly, left the garage cleaner than when he arrived. I would recommend your company to anyone who is seeking a professional, ethical and accommodating business to either install a new garage door or to repair an older one. I am grateful for having a quiet and smooth running door! Thank you!

Rob came yesterday as our garage door made a hugh noise when shutting down and some wires were loose. He came as soon as we expected and knew exactly the problem and we gave us two options for the fix. He was so pleasant and knowledgable. We are truly blown away by Precision and a 5 star rating doesn't do it enough justice!! This company is incredible with regard to its attentiveness to its customers, service, and overall end product. They are extremely diligent with all scheduling, estimating, and product installation. We had called Precision to review our garage door motor and springs, as they were approximately 30 plus years old and installed from the previous owners of our home. We were given 3 options to choose from that ranged in price, warranty, etc. We selected a new system overall and are THRILLED with the outcome. CANNOT RAVE ENOUGH! WOW! WOW! WOW!

We are VERY satisfied with the service we received from Precision door! Our spring broke on out garage door and we were unable to get it open. A service man was sent to us the very next day and fixed the springs for us! Very nice and efficient! Would 100% recommend!!

On Nov 11 I called Precision at the Riverhead office because I had a broken cable on one of my garage doors. The person that returned my call was very courteous and booked an appointment for the same day for 2PM. The repair person named Andrew called me and said he was working in the area and could be at my home in about 10 minutes which was about 11AM. Andrew did a complete review of the door system, took pictures and then gave me three choices as to how I would like to proceed with the repair. Andrew completed the repair with an hours time and the door runs smoothly now

Danny Salas paid us a service call and within minutes identified and fixed our garage problem door. I would recommend anyone who encounters a problem to just pick up the phone and call Precision.
