I had an issue with the door not opening or getting stuck half way. Robert was here before 9 this morning. He checked everything thoroughly & it turned out to be the motor. He discussed options on what was the best for me. He installed a new motor in about an hour & a half. Very knowledgeable & personable, he said I could ask as many questions as I wanted. The garage door works perfectly now going up & down with ease. This is my second time using Precision Door & I would recommend them. I appreciate a company that gives same day service & weekends.

Hunter arrived earlier than scheduled (he did call first to make sure I was home.) He gave me a thorough explanation of the work needed and explained every aspect of the job. Work completed in a very timely manner. He showed me all the new features of the opener and walked me through the operation of the door. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Hunter was right on time very informative about what was wrong and what it would cost to repair after he gave me 2 choise of repairs i gave him the go ahead with the repair .hunter said it would take 45 min to an hour to do his work .he was done right in the middle of his quote .we tested out his work and it was spot on. Worked smooth and quit Thx hunter for repairing my door. Hunter is great worker and you should be proud of him representing your comp. In a professional and courteous manner. We are very satisfied with the promptness and follow up of the Precision team (initial consult, answering service, and technicians.) The dispatched technicians were friendly, courteous, and professional. Although the cost of service seemed expensive, we felt their responsiveness and professionalism and material use was justified; especially for a Sunday dispatch (within 24 hours of our initial contact.)

I had a new garage door opener installed today by John-Aaron and Jesse. Great experience. They communicated with us prior to arrival, were prompt and our options were explained clearly. Work was done quickly and they were very neat. Operation of unit was reviewed and explained in detail following the installation. One of the cables needed by our automatic garage door opener to open the door, snapped unexpectedly recently, preventing us from opening the garage door at all. We called Precision Door Service and were promised a visit within the next few hours. One hour later, a technician called, introduced himself and told us they would be there within the 1/2 hour, and before we knew it, 3 men were there to fix the door for us. They assessed the problem, gave us several options of what needed immediate attention and what could wait if we so chose. The ultimate decision was ours. We chose to replace all of the necessary as well as potential problematic parts all at once. They even waived the service call fee for us and gave us an additional discount which included a 10 year warranty on the new parts installed. The men were polite, courteous, efficient and neat. Even though the cost was a little high, we would definitely use them again should the need arise! The service was excellent!!
