Had an issue with my garage door, call them at about 430 on Wednesday and they had a technician to my house the next day and a convenient time for me. The technician John Aaron was amazing. Super knowledgeable and was able to accommodate my needs. Very impressed!!

The serviceman arrived as scheduled, located the issue and proceeded to see if he could locate a replacement part for the 17 year old garage door opener. After having no success he replaced the door opener, a pulley, balanced the door, set up the remote, etc. Though out the entire time he was very professional and courteous.

Have 2 garage drs...2yrs ago one door would not completely open or close during extreme cold weather. Tech came and fixed the problem. The same problem has now affected the other door. Tech did not know how the other tech fixed this problem and told me needed new doors and openers. This problem only occurs on days of extreme cold....working fine today...wasted money on service call

Great service! Rob Weber came when he said he would. Quickly diagnosed my problem with the door not being balanced. Said my torsion springs were undersized for my door. Since Precision installed my springs a little for that half a year ago, he replaced the springs at no charge. Said it was under warranty and should have been done right the first time. This Co.pany stands behind its product!!! I felt bad for Rob, though. He had to work in the garage when it was only 12 degrees out! Great guy. Great disposition and really cares about the work he does. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with the door not opening or getting stuck half way. Robert was here before 9 this morning. He checked everything thoroughly & it turned out to be the motor. He discussed options on what was the best for me. He installed a new motor in about an hour & a half. Very knowledgeable & personable, he said I could ask as many questions as I wanted. The garage door works perfectly now going up & down with ease. This is my second time using Precision Door & I would recommend them. I appreciate a company that gives same day service & weekends.

Work completed in a very timely manner. He showed me all the new features of the opener and walked me through the operation of the door. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Hunter was right on time very informative about what was wrong and what it would cost to repair after he gave me 2 choise of repairs i gave him the go ahead with the repair .hunter said it would take 45 min to an hour to do his work .he was done right in the middle of his quote .we tested out his work and it was spot on. we used precision in the past, always love their service. I would normally give a 5 star rating. my only issue is there were like five different estimates received and nothing explaining the differences in the email, that part could be better explained on the email so customers that don't understand the differences can better see with an explanation, otherwise, everything was outstanding. just went out for estimate but need to speak to someone so we can choose the right option and need to understand what each option offers. its a bit confusing
