One of the cables needed by our automatic garage door opener to open the door, snapped unexpectedly recently, preventing us from opening the garage door at all. We called Precision Door Service and were promised a visit within the next few hours. One hour later, a technician called, introduced himself and told us they would be there within the 1/2 hour, and before we knew it, 3 men were there to fix the door for us. They assessed the problem, gave us several options of what needed immediate attention and what could wait if we so chose. The ultimate decision was ours. We chose to replace all of the necessary as well as potential problematic parts all at once. They even waived the service call fee for us and gave us an additional discount which included a 10 year warranty on the new parts installed. The men were polite, courteous, efficient and neat. Even though the cost was a little high, we would definitely use them again should the need arise! The service was excellent!!

It was very easy to schedule an appointment. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and easy to understand. John, your employee , arrived as promised. He very clearly explained the possible ways to do the repairs and carefully noted the different costs. After I chose the type of repair he did the work, explained what he had done,and showed how the door was working easily. He cleaned up and went on his way. I called on a Sunday about broken cable on my garage door. Service technician came the same day. The technician, Danny Salas, explained that there were several problems with the door and it had already been repaired before, but not properly(we are new owners). He patiently explained everything to me and I decided to have all the parts replaced on the existing door. Danny had all the parts in his truck and he performed the repairs in a couple of hours. I was very satisfied with the work performed and was happy to have my garage door fixed so quickly. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs work performed.

The tech who arrived at out home was polite and very knowledgeable for the work he performed in my garage installing new motor .belt rail with the motor. The garage door motor was noisy and eventually non-functional. I called Precision and asked for a repair between 12 noon and 4 PM the next day. The repairman called at 11:30 the next day and arrived at 12 noon. He quickly analyzed the system and ascertained the problem. He explained the problem, the system, the time for the repair and the price for everything. Although he estimated the time for the repair to be two (2) hours, he was finished in one and one-half hours. The technician was courteous, respectful and efficient. It was a "5 star" visit to my home. As I am a very senior citizen on a fixed income, I would have appreciated a discount. Other than that, it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend Precision for all garage door work.

Full inspection of everything, safety cables, etc. To write that I am completely satisfied does not really describe my gratitude. Not only was Tim gracious, polite and friendly, but you can tell he knows EXACTLY what he is doing with complete confidence. Answered all my questions affably and clearly. Now that I know everything was done correctly, carefully inspected, and backed by his knowledge and experience, it has completely removed all worries regarding my garage door. Removal of that worry is PRICELESS. Tim, I really can't thank you enough.

We were lucky enough to call about getting a garage door opener installed and they came to our home within hours. Mike P and John were able to explain our options in detail. They were then able to complete the installation right then and there. They were very professional and friendly. When the installation was complete they walked us through all of the parts and how it works, including how to properly download the app to be able to work it from our phones.

So pleased with this company. Contacted to other local companies and they would not consider a repair only new doors . The day of the appointment John and Rob called twice to confirm the location and when they arrived they promptly explained my options and proceeded to make the repairs of my choice . When it's time for new garage doors this will be the company I call.
