Robert acted in a completely professional manner. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He clearly explained the problem I was having with my garage door. Robert also showed me things that I could do to make my door work more affective like where and with what I should use to lubricate my door. In this time of the corona virus,he wore a mask and gloves, very considerate. The office was professional as well. Finally,I was very pleased and would highly recommend this company.

I called for service because of BBB rating, Dan’s papers review and that you were in Riverhead— I have had many good experiences with service providers located there, doing good work at reasonable cost, and it is relatively nearby (I am in SH). I had a somewhat novel and difficult problem, and your technician Robert was just terrific; he was able to diagnose the likely problem quickly, and came up with many creative ideas to attack the problem, and just wouldn’t give up despite the first 5-6 ideas not panning out. I admire both his creativity and his persistence in seeking a solution, and he did hit on just the right thing—and all of this during constant rain.He is a very dedicated and valuable employee.

Jesse replaced our garage door motor. He came the same day that we called you and had everything that he needed in his truck so could do the do the work immediately. He was very pleasant and professional. After he had finished he tidied everything up and then showed me how the new motor he had fitted worked. I was very happy with all the work that was done and would happily recommend Jesse to anyone.

John and Rob swung by to give me an estimate to replace doors and openers. Very professional, as they looked at my set up now to see if repair was warranted on old doors. Pointing out issues that I wasn’t even aware of which led me to setting up ordering and purchasing both doors and openers for replacement. Next step is install when doors are in after measurements were taken.
