Hunter could not have been friendlier or more efficient. Was on time and quickly got my entire unit (motor, sensors, keypads, and remotes) replaced. Hopefully will not need to call them again soon, but i highly endorse these folks if you have issues.

Called Pecision on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Had a real human answer the phone, which is a rarity. Got an appointment the next day. John showed up on time and got the door fixed quickly. I highly recommend them.

Great response time- very able and pleasant repair representative (Hunter Hanemann) - seemingly well repaired . Not pleased with only one year warranty and total cost which is about $100 more than average for job done as I later learned.

I am in the process of selling my home, and the night before the home inspection, the left garage door failed. Mike was able to fix the broken door and did a full test on both doors. I was able to get an appointment the day of my call.. I have tenants in my house and Brandon contacted me on the way over to the house to let me know what other problems could possibly be associated with a broken spring. He was thorough in his explanation which I appreciated. My tenants give him 5 stars. They said he was very knowledgeable and completed the work much to their satisfaction.
