I called for service because of BBB rating, Dan’s papers review and that you were in Riverhead— I have had many good experiences with service providers located there, doing good work at reasonable cost, and it is relatively nearby (I am in SH). I had a somewhat novel and difficult problem, and your technician Robert was just terrific; he was able to diagnose the likely problem quickly, and came up with many creative ideas to attack the problem, and just wouldn’t give up despite the first 5-6 ideas not panning out. I admire both his creativity and his persistence in seeking a solution, and he did hit on just the right thing—and all of this during constant rain.He is a very dedicated and valuable employee.

Jesse replaced our garage door motor. He came the same day that we called you and had everything that he needed in his truck so could do the do the work immediately. He was very pleasant and professional. After he had finished he tidied everything up and then showed me how the new motor he had fitted worked. Pointing out issues that I wasn’t even aware of which led me to setting up ordering and purchasing both doors and openers for replacement. Next step is install when doors are in after measurements were taken.

From my initial call to the Precision Door Service office to the completion of the work, my experience was professional, pleasant and timely. Precision was able to give me a same day appointment which was greatly appreciated. The technicians, Brendan and Jesse, were courteous, respectful and efficient. They explained and demonstrated everthing clearly, in terms I could easily understand. They both were great. If I could, I'd give them a 10 and should the opportunity arise, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precidion to friends and family. Unfortunately, poor service is very common today so it was a breath of fresh air to work with Precision!
