John and Rob swung by to give me an estimate to replace doors and openers. Very professional, as they looked at my set up now to see if repair was warranted on old doors. Pointing out issues that I wasn’t even aware of which led me to setting up ordering and purchasing both doors and openers for replacement. Next step is install when doors are in after measurements were taken.

Precision was able to give me a same day appointment which was greatly appreciated. The technicians, Brendan and Jesse, were courteous, respectful and efficient. Great response time- very able and pleasant repair representative (Hunter Hanemann) - seemingly well repaired . Not pleased with only one year warranty and total cost which is about $100 more than average for job done as I later learned.
