Called Pecision on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Had a real human answer the phone, which is a rarity. Got an appointment the next day. John showed up on time and got the door fixed quickly. I highly recommend them.

Great response time- very able and pleasant repair representative (Hunter Hanemann) - seemingly well repaired . Not pleased with only one year warranty and total cost which is about $100 more than average for job done as I later learned.

I am in the process of selling my home, and the night before the home inspection, the left garage door failed. Mike was able to fix the broken door and did a full test on both doors. They have never been quieter- Just a shame I wont be around to use them. I will highly recommend precision to the future owners. I was able to get an appointment the day of my call.. I have tenants in my house and Brandon contacted me on the way over to the house to let me know what other problems could possibly be associated with a broken spring. He was thorough in his explanation which I appreciated. My tenants give him 5 stars. They said he was very knowledgeable and completed the work much to their satisfaction. He cleaned up after himself and didn't leave a mess which is always appreciated. He was very pleasant and courteous to them and me. Based on my experience, I will certainly recommend your company.
