John did an outstanding job replacing my garage door opener, and replacing several door components. The work was thoroughly professional, as was John. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

From my initial call to the Precision Door Service office to the completion of the work, my experience was professional, pleasant and timely. Precision was able to give me a same day appointment which was greatly appreciated. The technicians, Brendan and Jesse, were courteous, respectful and efficient. They explained and demonstrated everthing clearly, in terms I could easily understand. They both were great. If I could, I'd give them a 10 and should the opportunity arise, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precidion to friends and family. Unfortunately, poor service is very common today so it was a breath of fresh air to work with Precision!

From the initial phone call to request service to the performance of the service call by John and Jesse everything was done professionally and courteously. The work was fast, clean and done right the first time. I could not ask for more, and would have no hesitation to use you again or recommend you to others. 5 stars all the way!

The A+ rating from the BBB and the 24/7 service in our area prompted me to call Precision. Rob and John responded to our request for garage door repair promptly and professionally. After inspecting the door's mechanics, the men demonstrated the need for replacement parts and explained our options. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision. You are a 5-star operation!

Hunter could not have been friendlier or more efficient. Was on time and quickly got my entire unit (motor, sensors, keypads, and remotes) replaced. Hopefully will not need to call them again soon, but i highly endorse these folks if you have issues.

Called Pecision on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Had a real human answer the phone, which is a rarity. Got an appointment the next day. John showed up on time and got the door fixed quickly. I highly recommend them.

Great response time- very able and pleasant repair representative (Hunter Hanemann) - seemingly well repaired . Not pleased with only one year warranty and total cost which is about $100 more than average for job done as I later learned.

I am in the process of selling my home, and the night before the home inspection, the left garage door failed. Mike was able to fix the broken door and did a full test on both doors. They have never been quieter- Just a shame I wont be around to use them. I will highly recommend precision to the future owners. Top notch operation, from the opening email to the highly skilled and knowledgeable technician. Thanks!

I was able to get an appointment the day of my call.. I have tenants in my house and Brandon contacted me on the way over to the house to let me know what other problems could possibly be associated with a broken spring. He was thorough in his explanation which I appreciated. My tenants give him 5 stars. They said he was very knowledgeable and completed the work much to their satisfaction. He cleaned up after himself and didn't leave a mess which is always appreciated. He was very pleasant and courteous to them and me. Based on my experience, I will certainly recommend your company. Good job Brandon. Thanks.
