Five stars plus...My garage door opener (Craftsman) stopped working and as luck would have it, the very next day I received Value-Pak with an ad for Precision. I decided to give them a call (rather than Sears) based on their very informative and professional website. Well, I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. I was given a window when Tom (the Precision tech) would be arriving, and he called ahead of time to advise when he would arrive. He was there on the dot. He proceeded to check out the problem and advised that a quick fix was possible but that since my opener was 16 years old, he recommended a new opener be installed after explaining the problems to me. I agreed that it was time to purchase a new one. Tom worked tirelessly in the freezing cold garage, never complaining and with a good-natured outlook. He was totally professional, highly competent, and very personable. My experience with Precision was the best. Assuming Precision's other techs are as great as Tom, I would recommend them without hesitation.
